Abstract
การวิจัย ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในงานส่งเสริมการเกษตร และ4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศประชากรที่ศึกษาคือนักวิชาการส่งเสริมการเกษตรระดับอำเภอและจังหวัด จำนวน 185คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 126 คนได้จากการกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามสูตรของ Taro Yamane (1973) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านระดับความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยี = 0.8190 และความเชื่อมั่นด้านระดับความรู้ที่ได้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลสารสนเทศ = 0.9380 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งเป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 45.90 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีเงินเดือนเฉลี่ย 28,597.22 บาท ประสบการณ์ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เฉลี่ย 9.19 ปี 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมมีความรู้เรื่องโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้าน GIS อยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปหน่วยงานส่งเสริมการเกษตร ได้แก่ โปรแกรมทะเบียนเกษตรกร และโปรแกรมทะเบียนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในงานส่งเสริมการเกษตรโดยรวมใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลทะเบียนเกษตรกรและเก็บข้อมูลทะเบียนเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจ ส่วนใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสาร โดยส่วนใหญ่ ใช้ในการรับ - ส่ง E-mail ใช้งาน Line ใช้งาน Facebookะ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ระบบโปรแกรมการใช้งานล่มบ่อย การประมวลผลการใช้งานโปรแกรมค่อนข้างล่าช้า ข้อเสนอแนะพบว่า คอมพิวเตอร์และปริ๊นเตอร์ควรจัดสรรให้เท่ากับผู้ใช้งานจริง รองลงมา ควรมีการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรสามารถตอบข้อซักถาม และแก้ไขปัญหาในระดับพื้นที่ได้
The purposes of this research were to study 1) socio-economic data 2) knowledge about information technology 3) information technology utilization in agricultural extension works and 4) problems and suggestions for information technology utilization. The population was 185 district and provincial level agricultural extension workers. The samples were 126 workers, calculated by using Taro Yamane’s statistic table and proportional random sampling technique. Questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of the information utilization ability level was 0.8190 and reliability coefficient of the technology and information knowledge level was 0.9380. Analytical statistics included frequency, percentages, the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation. The research found that 1) about socio-economic data, more than half of the sample group was male, average aged 45.90 years old, graduated in Bachelor degree, earned average income 28,597.22 baht, had average 9.19 years of computer usage experience, 2) about information technology knowledge, they had overall knowledge about GIS program at low level, while they had knowledge about agricultural extension computer program such as farmers registration program and industrial crops farmers registration program at high level, 3) about information technology utilization in agricultural extension works, they used computer program to store farmer registration and industrial crops farmers registration information. About communication, most of them used email; line program and Facebook, 4) about problems and suggestions, the research found that the program often fell down; the data processing system was too slow while there should have enough computer and printer for all workers and there should improve potential of workers in order to be able to answer all questions and solve problem in the area
