ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 2) ระดับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 383 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนจำนวนครูในโรงเรียนที่จำแนกตามอำเภอที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน มีค่าความเที่ยง .97 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน-มาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและ รายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับสูงที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 โดยมี ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .89

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of academic leadership of school administrators under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) the level of performance according to professional standard of teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and (3) the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and performance according to professional standard of teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.The research sample consisted of 383 teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 during the 2023 academic year, obtained by simple random sampling based on the proportion of teachers in schools as classified by the districts in which the schools are located. The employed research tools were a questionnaire on academic leadership of the school administrator and a questionnaire on performance according to professional standard of the teacher, with reliability coefficients of .97 and .96 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.The research findings revealed that 1) both the overall and all specific aspects of academic leadership of the schools administrators were rated at the high level; 2) the overall performance according to professional standard of the teachers was rated at the highest level, with the specific aspect of the teachers’ performance of duty was rated at the highest level; while the performances of other tasks were rated at the high level; and 3) academic leadership of the school administrators correlated positively at the high level with performance according to professional standard of the teachers with the correlation coefficient of .89, which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance.
