Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยองค์ประกอบความเป็นองค์การแห่ง การเรียนรู้ของบริษัท วิทยุการบิน แห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยองค์ประกอบความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของบริษัท วิทยุการบิน แห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานของบริษัท วิทยุการบินแห่งประเทศไทย จำกัด ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในศูนย์ควบคุมการบินส่วนภูมิภาคภาคใต้ 4 ศูนย์ คือ ศูนย์ควบคุมการบินหัวหิน สุราษฎร์ธานี ภูเก็ต หาดใหญ่ จำนวนทั้งหมด 412 คน กำหนดปริมาณกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีของ Taro Yamane ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 210 คน ซึ่งจะลูกแบ่งตามศูนย์ต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วนร้อยละของจำนวน ประชากร คือ พนักงานในแต่ละศูนย์เมื่อเทียบกับจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถามทั้งแบบปลายปิดและปลายเปิด และทำการเก็บรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย วิธีการทางสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยองค์ประกอบความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง ด้านวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ในองค์การ ด้านกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารในระดับต่างๆ ในองค์การในการจัดการความรู้ ด้านเทคโนโลยีการจัดการความรู้ ด้านการวัดผลการจัดการความรู้ (2) ปัจจัยด้านอายุ ระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานกับวิทยุการบิน สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน ที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยองค์ประกอบแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านเพศ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงานรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยองค์ประกอบไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this study were to (1) study Elements Factors To be Learning Organization of The Aerothai Aeronautical Radio Thailand Limited in the South (2) compare Elements Factors To be Learning Organization of The Aerothai Aeronautical Radio Thailand Limited in the South by personality cause. Samples , specifying samples by Calculation of Sample Size of Taro Yamane , were 210 officials from 412 of 4 Southern Centers for The Aerothai Aeronautical Radio Thailand Limited as Hua Hin Air Traffic Control Centre, Surat Thani Air Traffic Control Centre , Phuket Air Traffic Control Centre and Hat Yai Air Traffic Control Centre which divided by percentage of all population ratio. Statistical tool employed Closed Questions and Open ended Questions , Collected and information analysis by Descriptive statistics and Inferential statistics. The study revealed that (1) Learning Culture , Knowledge Management , Leadership of various administrators to control Knowledge Management as technology and measurement were Elements Factors To be Learning Organization in the medium level. (2) Experienced at The Aerothai Aeronautical Radio Thailand Limited and campus center made the opinion to Elements Factors differ at 0.05 of significantly level. Gender , Marital Status , Education , Position , Salary made the same opinion to Elements Factors To be Learning Organization.
