Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านเรื่อง "เล่าเรื่องเมืองลิกอร์" สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดโคกพิกุล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สร้างขึ้น ผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่า (1) หนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านที่สร้างขึ้น มีเนื้อหาประกอบด้วยเนื้อเรื่องเกี่ยวกับตำนาน ความเป็นมาของศาสนสถานที่สำคัญในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 7 เรื่อง คือ 1) วัดพระมหาธาตุวรมหาวิหาร 2) เจดีย์ยักษ์ 3) หอพระพุทธสิหิงค์ 4) วัดท้าวโคตร 5) วัดวังตะวันออก 6) วัดวังตะวันตก 7) หอพระวิหารสูง พร้อมคำอธิบายศัพท์ และกิจกรรมท้ายเรื่อง และ (2) คุณภาพของหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีผลการประเมินทั้ง 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านวิธีการนำเสนอ ด้านการใช้ภาษา ด้านการจัดหน้าและภาพประกอบ ด้านการจัดรูปเล่ม และด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหนังสือส่งเสริมการอ่านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study were (1) to construct a reading enhancement book entitled Stories of Ligor Town for Prathom Suksa IV students of Wat Khokphikun School in Nakhon Si Thammarat province; and (2) to verify quality of the constructed reading enhancement book. The informants for this study consisted of a group of 3 experts on Thai language teaching and reading enhancement book construction and a group of 10 Prathom Suksa IV students in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The employed instruments in the study comprised (1) a reading enhancement book entitled Stories of Ligor Town, (2) a reading enhancement book quality verification form for the experts, and (3) a form for assessment of student’s satisfaction. Data were statistically analyzed using the percentage and mean. Findings of the study were as follows; (1) the constructed reading enhancement book had contents comprising 7 stories: 1) Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahaviharn, 2) The Big Pagoda, 3) Phra Puttha Sihing Hall, 4) Wat Thao Khot, 5) Wat Wang Tawan Ok, 6) Wat Wang Tawan Tok, and 7) Phra Wihan Sung Hall; each of the stories contained end-of-story activities and glossary; and (2) the quality of the constructed reading enhancement book, as verified by experts, was at the highest level in all six aspects, namely, the contents, the presentation method, the language usage, the illustrations, the book appearance and format, and the benefits of the book; furthermore, the students’ satisfaction with the reading enhancement book was at the highest level.
