Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง (2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานสายการบินที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมืองจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมืองการศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ พนักงานสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง ที่ไม่ทราบจำนวนที่แน่นอน โดยคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างด้วยสูตรของคอแครนได้ตัวอย่าง 400 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุ 31 - 40 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีระยะเวลาปฏิบัติงานกับบริษัท 5 – 10 ปี มีตำแหน่งงานพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ และอยู่ในสังกัดบริษัท ไทยแอร์เอเชีย จำกัด ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านหน่วยงานสังกัดที่แตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมืองแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ปัจจัยเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ด้านการศึกษา และด้านการออกกฎข้อบังคับส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงานสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำที่ปฏิบัติงาน ณ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The research aimed to: (1) study the personal factors of low-cost airline employees working at Don Mueang Airport; (2) compare work safety behavior of low-cost airline employees working at Don Mueang Airport, classified by personal factors; and (3) analyze factors affecting work safety behavior of low-cost airline employees working at Don Mueang Airport.This study is quantitative research. The target population was un-known employees of low-cost airlines working at Don Mueang Airport. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's formula and determined to be 400 participants. Convenience sampling was used for data collection. An instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression analysis.The results found that (1) mostly male employees between the age of 31 and 40 years with a bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of experience with Thai AirAsia had the overall opinion on work safety behavior at the highest level. (2) Low-cost airline employees working at Don Mueang Airport with different department had work safety behavior differently at a statistical significance of 0.05 level. (3) Factors that affected work safety behavior in terms of engineering, education, and regulations had a statistically significant impact on work safety behavior of low-cost airline employees working at Don Mueang Airport at the 0.05 level.
