Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักท่องเที่ยว 2) ระดับความคาดหวังของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว 3) ระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว และ 5) ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่มีอายุ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ที่มาท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 1,000 ราย โดยกำหนดจำนวนตัวอย่างจากตารางของเครซีและมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 278 คน ที่ความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 โดยเลือกใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2561 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และการวิเคราะห์เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยใช้ไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 20-30 ปี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัท มีรายได้เดือนละ 10,001-20,000 บาท การศึกษาปริญญาตรี และสถานภาพโสด 2) ความคาดหวังของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ด้านสวัสดิภาพและความปลอดภัย ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและสาธารณูปโภค ด้านการคมนาคม และด้านสุดท้ายด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านสวัสดิภาพและความปลอดภัย ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ ด้านการคมนาคม ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและสาธารณูปโภค และด้านสุดท้ายด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม 4) เพศ อายุ อาชีพ ระดับการศึกษา และสถานภาพสมรส มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนรายได้ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อการจัดการสภาพแวดล้อมบริเวณหาดทรายแก้ว 5) สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะควรขยายถนน และจัดทำป้ายบอกเส้นทางเข้า - ออก ให้ชัดเจน และควรเพิ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ในการรักษาความปลอดภัยให้มากขึ้น
This The purpose of this research was to study 1) the general information of tourists visiting Sai Kaew Beach, 2) their level of expectation about environmental management at Sai Kaew Beach, 3) their level of satisfaction with environmental management at Sai Kaew Beach, 4) the relationship between tourists’ personal factors and their expectation and satisfaction, and 5) opinions and suggestions regarding environmental management at Sai Kaew Beach. Population for survey research. The population was 1,000 Thai tourists aged 15 years or over. The number of samples was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table obtaining number 278 samples for the study. Simple random sampling was used with the confidence level of 95 percent. The data were collected in May 2018 and statistically analyzed into frequency, percentage, and mean. Chi-square test was also used to analyze the obtained data. The findings showed that 1) the majority of the tourists were male with an age range of 20-30 years old. Most were office workers who had an income of 10,001-20,000 baht per month, finished Bachelor’s Degree, and were single. 2) Overall, the level of expectation of tourists about the environmental management of Sai Kaew Beach was high by sorting the average from high to low as follows Welfare and safety Attraction Facilities and Utilities Transportation And the last aspect of environmental management. 3) For the level of satisfaction, it was found that the overall level was also high by sorting the average from highest to lowest as follows: Safety and safety Attraction Transportation Facilities and Utilities And the last aspect of environmental management 4) Moreover, the results showed that gender, age, occupation, educational level, and marital status have a significant relationship with the expectation and satisfaction of the tourists about environmental management of Sai Kaew Beach at the significant level of 0.05. In contrast, the monthly income of the tourists did not show a significant relationship with their level of expectation and satisfaction. 5) The proposed suggestions for this study were that the road should be extended; there should be a sign indicating entrance and exit; and there should be more security staff within the area.
