Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาเจตคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน และ (2) ศึกษาความพร้อมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์ ที่ปฏิบัติงานอย่างน้อย 4 เดือน จำนวน 266 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ที่ผู้ศึกษาพัฒนาขึ้นเองประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 2) เจตคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน3) ความพร้อมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน เครื่องมือส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.8 และ 0.88 ตามลำดับและตรวจสอบความเที่ยงโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอบบราค มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.88 และ 0.84 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลไดยการหาคำร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เจตคติของพยาบาลวิชาชีพต่อการเป็นประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 3.81, SD = 0.6 1) โดยเจตคติด้านการศึกษาภายาอังกฤษและภาษาของประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนทำให้"ด้รับโอกาสในการแข่งขันสูงมีคะแนนอันดับสูงสุด (M = 4.10, SD = 0.79 ) ในขณะที่เจตคติด้านการรวมตัวเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนทำให้ประเทศสมาชิกดำรงชีวิตด้วยความมั่นคงและมั่งคั่ง มีคะแนนอันดับต่ำสุด คือ (M = 3.59, SD =0.76) และ (2) ความพร้อมต่อการเป็นประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนทุกระดับมีคาเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยูในระดับปาน กลาง (M = 3.44, SD = 0.56 ) โดยค่าคะแนนอันดับต่ำสุด คือ ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาของประเทศในกลุมประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างน้อย 1 ภาษา (M = 3.10,SD = 0.92)
The purposes of this study were: (1) to study the attitude of professional nurses towards ASEAN Economic Community, and (2) to study the readiness of professional nurses towards ASEAN Economic Community at a Private Hospital in Bangkok. The samples included 266 professional nurses who worked at the private hospital at least 1 year. Questionnaires were developed by the researcher and used as the research tool, comprising 3 parts as follows; 1) demographic data 2) attitude of professional nurses towards ASEAN Economic Community, and 3) readiness of professional nurses towards ASEAN Economic Community. The questionnaires, the second and the third parts, were verified by 5 expertises, and CVI were 0.8 and 0.88, respectively. The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of the second and the third parts were 0.88 and 0.84 respectively. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings were as follows. (1) The professional nurses rated their attitudes towards ASEAN Economic Community at high level (M = 3.81, SD = 0.61.). They rated the attitude towards English and ASEAN’s languages would offer them better opportunity in competition at high level (M = 4.10, SD = 0.79), whereas the attitude on ASEAN’s integration would bring about prosperity, wealth and stability to ASEAN members at low level (M = 3.59, SD = 0.76.). (2) In terms of the readiness of professional nurses towards ASEAN Economic Community, mean in every level was found medium level M = 3.44, SD = 0.56). The lowest level was ability to communicate least 1 language of ASEAN countries (M = 3.10, SD = 0.92)
