| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการดำเนินการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอเกษตรสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ (2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอเกษตรสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดชัยภูมิโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอเกษตรสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 270 คน ใช้ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 184 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบด้วยค่าทีและ การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอเกษตรสมบูรณ์จังหวัดชัยภูมิ มีการดำเนินการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก พิจารณารายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ ด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ ด้านการดำเนินกลยุทธ์ และด้านการประเมินกลยุทธ์ พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ ในระดับมาก (2) บุคลากรที่มีเพศและตำแหน่งต่างกันมี ความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลในเขตอำเภอเกษตรสมบูรณ์ จังหวัดชัยภูมิแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this study were to : (1) study the strategic management of Kaset Somboon Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Kaset Somboon District, Chaiyaphum Province (2) compare the strategic management of Kaset Somboon Subdistrict Administrative Organizations in Kaset Somboon District, Chaiyaphum Province. Population in this study omprised 270 staff of Sub-district Kaset Somboon Administrative Organizations in Kaset Somboon District, Chaiyaphum Province, from which 184 samples were obtained. Proportional sampling method was applied. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and One-way ANOVA. The study results showed that (1) from the overall view, strategic management of Kaset Somboon Sub-district Administrative Organizations in Kaset Somboon District, Chaiyaphum Province was at high level, with gigh level in all 4 aspects which were situation analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy assessment (2) when compared the opinions of the samples, differences were found among opinions on strategic implementation of those with different genders and positions at 0.05 level of statistical significance. | |
