การส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของหมอดินอาสาจังหวัดลพบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความรู้พื้นฐานและแหล่งความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (3) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ หมอดินอาสาของกรมพัฒนาที่ดินในจังหวัดลพบุรี จำนวน 1,464 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 140 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) หมอดินอาสาส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 52.19 ปี ประสบการณ์ในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์/สมาร์ตโฟน เฉลี่ย 6.35 ปี มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอยู่ในระดับมาก การได้รับความรู้จากแหล่งการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งจากเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมพัฒนาที่ดิน และแผ่นพับใบปลิว (2) หมอดินอาสามีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับคอมพิวเตอร์และสมาร์ตโฟนที่พัฒนาโดยกรมพัฒนาที่ดินอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) หมอดินอาสามีความต้องการการส่งเสริมการใช้โปรแกรมประยุกต์สำหรับคอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ โปรแกรม LDD Zoning และ โปรแกรม Agri-Map Online และมีความต้องการการใช้โปรแกรมสำหรับสมาร์ตโฟนอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ โปรแกรม Agri-Map Online และโปรแกรมบัญชีรายบุคคล และ (4) หมอดินอาสาร้อยละ 66.2 มีปัญหาด้านโปรแกรมประยุกต์ รองลงมาร้อยละ 57.9 มีปัญหาด้านวิธีการส่งเสริมแบบมวลชน โดยเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศว่า ควรให้เจ้าหน้าที่เข้าเยี่ยมเยียนและให้ความรู้ รวมถึงให้หน่วยงานจัดฝึกอบรม

The objectives were to study (1) basic knowledge and knowledge resources of information technology, (2) opinion towards the information technology utilization, (3) the extension needs in and extension of information technology utilization, and (4) problems and suggestions for an extension of information technology utilization. The population were 1,464 volunteer soil doctors of Department of Land Development in Lopburi Province and 140 samples were determined by using Taro Yamane formula. Interview questionnaire was used. Statistics used were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of revealed that (1) most of the volunteer soil doctors were male with the average age of 52.19 years. They had an average experience of using computer/smartphones for 6.35 years. They had basic knowledge of information technology at a high level. They also attained knowledge from learning resources from the officers of Department of Land Development and from the pamphlets/ leaflets at a high level. (2) The volunteer soil doctors had capability to use applied program of computer and smartphone as developed by Department of Land Development at the high level (3) The extension need on of applied program utilization (LDD Zoning, and Agri-Map Online) was at moderate level; the need for programs for smartphone (Agri-Map Online and personal accounting program) was at a high level. (4) 66.2% of volunteer soil doctors faced with the problem of applied program and 57/9% encountered with the problem of mass extension method. They suggested that an extension of information technology utilization should be through the officers’ visitations and training. The problem encountered by volunteer soil doctors were applied program usage (66.2%) and mass extension (57.9%).
