การยอมรับการผลิตลำไยตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกรในอำเภอทุ่งหัวช้าง จังหวัดลำพูน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ 2) สภาพการผลิตลำไย 3) การยอมรับการผลิตลำไยตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการผลิตลำไยตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรสมาชิกแปลงใหญ่ลำไย อำเภอทุ่งหัวช้าง จังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 175 ราย กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร่ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 122 ราย รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการจัดลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 54.1 เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 56.53 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกลำไยเฉลี่ย 19.09 ปี มีรายได้ภาคการเกษตร เฉลี่ย 105,581.97 บาท มีพื้นที่ปลูกลำไยเฉลี่ย 12.85 ไร่ มีต้นทุนการผลิตลำไยเฉลี่ย 2,913.30 บาท/ไร่ และมีราคาลำไยที่ขายได้เฉลี่ย 13.67 บาท/กิโลกรัม (2) เกษตรกรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน GAP ที่ระดับมากที่สุด (3) เกษตรกรมีการยอมรับการผลิตลำไยตามมาตรฐาน GAP อยู่ในระดับมาก (4) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานGAP อยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน GAP อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

The objectives of this research were to study (1) social and economic conditions, (2) Knowledge of longan production according to good agricultural practice standards (3) adoption of longans Production according to good agricultural, (4) problems and suggestions of longans production according to good agricultural. The study population was 175 farmers who belong to the large longan plot, Thung Hua Chang District, Lamphun Province. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. At the error level of 0.05, 122 samples were obtained. Data were collected by a simple random sampling method. using the tool as an interview and used to analyze the data by Frequency distribution, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation and rank. The results showed that: (1) 54.1% of farmers are female, average age 56.53 years, graduated primary school. The average longan cultivation experience was 19.09 years, the average agricultural income was 105,581.97 baht, the average longan planting area was 12.85 rai, the average longan production cost was 2,913.30 baht/rai, and the average selling price of longan was 13.67 baht/kg. (2) Farmers Knowledge of GAP standards at the highest level (3) Farmers have a high level of acceptance of GAP production of longan. (4) Farmers have problems with GAP standards. at a low level and there was a moderate level of recommendation on GAP standards
