พฤติกรรมการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารการศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส และ(2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส จำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการบริหารความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยง .88 และแบบบันทึกข้อมูลพื้นฐานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏว่า (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส มีพฤติกรรมบริหารความขัดแย้งด้านการเอาชนะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดรองลงมา คือพฤติกรรมการหลีกเลี่ยง และต่ำสุดเป็นพฤติกรรมการยอมให้ และ (2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการบริหารความขัดแย้งไม่ต่างกัน แต่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกันมีพฤติกรรม การบริหารความขัดแย้งต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were (1) to study conflict management behaviors of school administrators under Narathiwat Primary' Education Service Area Offices; and (2) to compare conflict management behaviors of school administrators under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Offices classified by educational level and administrative experience. The research sample consisted of 327 school administrators under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Offices. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire on conflict management behaviors of school administrator with reliability coefficient of . 88, and a data recording form on background information of school administrator in terms of educational level and administrative experience. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, and chi-square test. The results showed that (1) the top conflict management behavior employed by school administrators under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Offices was that of competition, followed by that of avoidance; while the least employed behavior was that of accommodation; and (2) school administrators with different educational levels were not significantly different in their conflict management behaviors; while those with different administrative experiences differed significantly in their conflict management behaviors at the .05 level.
