ประสิทธิผลของการสื่อสารจากโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจร

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการสื่อสารและ ระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการสื่อสารของนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจร 2) เปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางประชากรกับระดับความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการสื่อสารและความพึงพอใจต่อการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจร 3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างความรู้จักสานักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกากับระดับความรู้ที่ได้รับและความพึงพอใจต่อการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักศึกษาสาขาวิชานิติศาสตร์จากมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา จำนวน 186 คนได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มอย่างแบบตัวอย่างแบบโควด้า เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่แบบพหุคูณด้วยวิธีการของฟิชเชอร์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรอยู่ในระดับมากได้แก่ หัวข้อเกี่ยวกับพันธกิจ บทบาท หน้าที่และผลการดาเนินงานของสานักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา และกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรในระดับมาก โดยรูปแบบการสื่อสารที่มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดได้แก่การบรรยาย/อภิปรายโดยทีมวิทยากร 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศแตกต่างกันมีระดับ ความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการสื่อสารของ โครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มาจากมหาวิทยาลัยที่แตกต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสาคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่รู้จักมาก รู้จักปานกลาง และไม่รู้จักสานักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกาเลย มีระดับความรู้ที่ได้รับจากการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรไม่แตกต่างกัน และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการสื่อสารของโครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจรไม่แตกต่างกันคำสำคัญ ประสิทธิผลของการสื่อสาร โครงการกฤษฎีกาสัญจร ความพึงพอใจ

The objectives of this research were [1] to study the level of knowledge that university students received from the Travelling Council of State Project and their level of satisfaction with those communications; [2] to compare the knowledge received and satisfaction levels of students several different demographic categories [3] to study the relationship of the students' previous level of knowledge about the Council of State and their satisfaction with the communications of the Travelling Council of State Project.This was a quantitative research. The sample population consisted of 186 undergraduate law students from Rangsit University and Rajabaht Suan Sunanta University who participated in the Travelling Council of State Project, chosen through quota sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was done with frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA and Fisher's exact test.The results showed that [1] the sample students receive a high level of knowledge from the communications of the Travelling Council of State Project in the categories of mission, roles, responsibilities and operations of the Office of the Council of State. The samples had a high level of satisfaction with the communications. The form of communications with the highest satisfaction rating was lectures/discussions by the presenters. [2] the mean of knowledge received from the Travelling Council of State Project differed significantly (at 0.05 confidence level) between male and female students. The mean of satisfaction with the communications differed significantly between students from Rangsit University and those from Rajabaht Suan Sunanta University. [3] there was no statistically significant difference between the level of knowledge received from the Travelling Council of State Project and the level of satisfaction with the communications between students with high, medium and low levels of prior knowledge about the Council of State.
