Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ของ ผู้บริหาร และครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอุดรธานีเขต 20 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยบุคคลากรโรงเรียนจำนวน 316 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารจำนวน 63 คน และครูจำนวน 253 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 20 จังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหาร และครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 20 จังหวัดอุดรธานี มีความต้องการศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยภาพรวมในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ (1) เนื้อหาสาระ คือ วิทยาศาสตร์ธรรมชาติและเทคโนโลยี (2) ห้องเรียนในศูนย์การเรียน คือห้องทดสอบเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (3) วัตถุประสงค์ของห้องวิทยาศาสตร์ ชีวภาพ คือ ให้นักเรียนได้ปฏิบัติการทดลองด้วยตนเอง และวัตถุประสงค์ของห้องสร้างนวัตกรรม และโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ คือ ให้นักเรียนสามารถจัดทำนวัตกรรม และโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ได้ (4) กิจกรรมในศูนย์การเรียน ได้แก่ กิจกรรมเสนอนวัตกรรม และโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ (5) ระเบียบเกี่ยวกับการยืมคืนคือจำนวนสื่อที่ให้ยืมครั้งละไม่เกิน 3 ชิ้น ช่วงเวลาเปิดบริการ คือ วันจันทร์ ถึงวันเสาร์ เวลา 08.00-16.00 น. วิธีการยืม/จองสื่อผ่านระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต กำหนดการยืม/คืน จำนวนไม่เกิน 3 วัน (6) การประเมินผลการเรียน คือ ประเมินผลการเรียน 8 ระดับ (7) สถานที่จัดตั้งศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ คือโรงเรียนประจำอำเภอ (8) เจ้าหน้าที่ของศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ คือ ครูผู้สอนวิทยาศาสตร์ (9) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ คือ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ อินเตอร์เน็ต และเครื่องพิมพ์ (10) ประโยชน์ของศูนย์การเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีต่อนักเรียน คือ นักเรียนสามารถตัดสินใจ และแก้ปัญหาทางวิทยาศาสตร์ อย่างมีเหตุผล
The purpose of this research was to study the needs for science learning center of administrators and teachers in the Secondary Education Service Area 20. The research sample totaling 316 school personnel consisted of 63 administrators and 253 teachers in the Secondary Education Service Area 20, Udon Thani Province, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall need for science learning center of administrators and teachers in the Secondary Education Service Area 20, Udon Thani Province, was at the high level. When the needs for aspects of the science learning center were considered, the findings were as follows: (1) the contents of the science learning center were natural science and technology; (2) the classrooms in the science learning center were to be used as the testing rooms for development of science process skills; (3) the objective of the biological science room was for the students to conduct experiments by themselves, and the objective of the innovation and science project creation room was to facilitate the creation of innovation and science projects by the students; (4) the activities in the science learning center were activities on presentation of innovation and science projects; (5) the regulations for circulation of instructional media were that not more than three instructional media were to be checked out from the center each time; the official service times were from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Saturday; the check-out/booking of the media could be done via the Internet; and after being checked out, the media had to be returned to the center within three days; (6) there would be eight levels of learning evaluation; (7) the science learning center were to be located in the district secondary schools; (8) the personnel of the science learning center were to be science teachers; (9) the facilities of the science learning center included the computers, the Internet, and the printers; and (10) the benefit of the science learning center for the students was that it enabled the students to make decisions and solve scientific problems logically.
