Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะทั่วไปสภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของเกษตรกร 2) กระบวนการปลูกผักในโรงเรือนของเกษตรกร 3) ความรู้และการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการปลูกผักในโรงเรือน 4)ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการปลูกผักในโรงเรือน 5) การได้รับความรู้และความต้องการในรูปแบบและวิธีการส่งเสริมการปลูกผักในโรงเรือน และ 6) วิเคราะห์แนวทางการส่งเสริมการปลูกผักในโรงเรือนประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่และเกษตรกรต้นแบบที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนโรงเรือนปลูกผักจำนวน 13 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมด ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 50.07 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.03 คน ไม่มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกผักในโรงเรือนก่อนได้รับสนับสนุนโรงเรือนปลูกผัก 2) ลักษณะการปลูกผักในโรงเรือนเป็นแบบเกษตรอินทรีย์ ปรับปรุงบำรุงดินโดยใช้ปุ้ยอินทรีย์ ปุ๋ยคอกและปุ๋ยพืชสด เลือกพืชปลูกในโรงเรือนตามราคาตลาด ปลูกผักในโรงเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.67 รอบ/ปี รายได้ผลผลิตในการจำหน่ายผักกินใบเฉลี่ย 24,968.03 บาทต่อปี ผักกินผลเฉลี่ย 123,157.86 บาทต่อปี พบปัญหาด้านโรคที่เกิดจากเชื้อราในระดับปานกลาง และการระบาดของเพลี้ยไฟในระดับมาก 3) มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการผลิตผักในโรงเรือนในขั้นการเก็บเกี่ยวและ หลังเก็บเกี่ยวมากที่สุด การปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี เกษตรกรปฏิบัติทุกครั้งใน 7 ประเด็นได้แก่ แหล่งน้ำ พื้นที่ปลูก การใช้วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตร การจัดการคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิตก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยว การเก็บเกี่ยวและการปฏิบัติหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว การพักผลิตผล การขนย้ายในแปลงปลูกและเก็บรักษา และสุขลักษณะ ส่วนบุคคล 4) มีปัญหาในระดับปานกลาง 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ ด้านการบำรุงรักษา การเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิต/การดูแลหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว การจำหน่าย และความรู้เข้าใจในการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) ข้อเสนอแนะได้แก่ บางช่วงฤดูกาลอุณหภูมิภายในโรงเรือนสูงส่งผลต่อการเจริญเดิบโตของผักและผลผลิตลดลง 5) ส่วนใหญ่ได้รับความรู้การเลือกพืชปลูกในโร งเรือน และ การปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี (GAP) มีความต้องการความรู้ระบบการให้น้ำในโรงเรือนและการกำจัดโรคแมลงศัตรูพืช ส่งเสริมจากสื่อบุคคลและสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิธีการส่งสริมแบบบรรยาย สาธิต ฝึกปฏิบัติ และ ทัศนศึกษา 6) แนวทางการ ส่งเสริมการปลูกผักในโรงเรือน ได้แก่ ให้ความรู้เรื่องการเตรียมดิน เทคโนโลยีการให้น้ำในโรงเรือนระบบอัตโนมัติ การกำจัดโรคแมลง วัชพืช
This research aimed to study 1) general economic and social characteristics of farmers, 2) vegetable planting process in the farmers’ 3) greenhouses, farmers’ 4) greenhouse vegetable planting knowledge and practice, 5) greenhouse vegetable planting problems and suggestions, and 6) receiving and needs in forms and greenhouse vegetable planting extensive methods. Greenhouse vegetable planting extensive approaches were analyzed. The population was 73 young farmers and model farmers supported by greenhouses. Data were collected from the total population by an interview and analyzed using frequency, percentage,minimum, maximum, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that 1) most farmers were males with and average age 50.07 years, graduated primary education, The average number of their household member was 4.03 persons, had not experienced about vegetable planting in greenhouses before receiving support 2) The vegetable planting characteristics in greenhouses were organic. They maintained soil using compost, manure, and green manure fertilizers, chose plants to grow in greenhouses according to market prices, and grew vegetables in greenhouses on average 3.67 times/year. The average income of leaf vegetable distribution was 24,968.03 baht per year and fruit vegetables for 123,157.86 baht per year. The disease problems were found caused by fungi in a moderate level, and the outbreak of melon thrips was in a high level. 3) They also had the most knowledge about greenhouse vegetable production at the stages of harvest and after harvest. Farmers agriculturally practiced well every time in 7 issues: water sources, planted areas, use of pesticides, quality management in production process before harvest, harvest, and postharvest practice, suspension of producing, transplanting, and storage, and personal hygiene. 4) There were five-moderate-level problems: maintenance, product harvest/postharvest care, distribution, and knowledge of good agricultural practices (GAP). Suggested that in some season,the high level of temperature in greenhouses was affecting to decrease of growth rate and productivity. 5) Most farmers gain the knowledge of Selection of plants for planting in greenhouses and good a agricultural practice (GAP). They needed for knowledge of greenhouse water irrigation and pest control and were promoted by personal media and electronic media. 6) Extensive methods were lectures, demonstrations, practices, and field trips. Extensive suggestions were providing knowledge about soil preparation, automatic watering technology in the greenhouse, pest and diseases elimination.
