Abstract
การศึกษากึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลผู้นิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศต่อการใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลแบบใหม่ และ2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลผู้นิเทศ!ละผู้รับการนิเทศ ก่อนและหลังการใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศแบบใหม่ในโรงพยาบาลศรีธาตุ จังหวัดอุดรธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 33 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มผู้นิเทศได้แก่ หัวหน้างาน รองหัวหน้างาน และพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวร จำนวน 12 คน และกลุ่มผู้รับการนิเทศได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานต่างๆ จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองเป็นรูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลแบบใหม่ เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลแบบใหม่ของผู้นิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่า ดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหา 0.8-1.0 และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.983 และ 0.980 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา (ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน) สถิติ วิลคอกซันแมทช์ - แพรด์ ซายด์- แรงด์ เทสต์ และสถิติแมนน์-วิทนีย์ ยู เทสต์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ผู้นิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศ ทางการพยาบาลแบใหม่อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผู้นิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลมีความพึง พอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลหลังการใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลแบบใหม่ มากกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ผู้นิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศมี ความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการนิเทศทางการพยาบาลแบบใหม่หลังการใช้รูปแบบไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this quasi-experimental research were: (1) to study the level of satisfaction of a nursing supervision model of supervisor nurse and professional nurse and before and (2) to compared satisfaction of the nursing supervision model of supervisor nurses and professional nurses before and after applying the model in the Nursing Department,Srithat hospital. Udon Thani province. The participants consisted of 12 supervisor nurses and 21 professional nurses who worked at the Nursing Department, Srithat hospital, Udon Thani province. The research tools were 1) the nursing supervision model and 2) supervisor nurses and professional nurses’ satisfaction questionnaires. The content validity of the tools were verified by three experts, and the CVI of the questionnaires were 0.08-1.00. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients reliability of these tools were 0.983 and 0.980 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation) Wilcoxon Matched-pairs Signed-ranks test, and Mann Whitney U Test. Major findings were as follows. 1) Supervisor nurses and professional nurses rated their satisfaction on the nursing supervision model at the high level. 2) After applying thenursing supervision model, supervisor nurses and professional nurses satisfied with the model significantly higher than before (p <.05) . Finally. 3) the satisfaction after utilizing nursing supervision model between supervisor nurses and professional nurse were not significantly different.
