Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพะเยา และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพะเยา จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ สาขาวิชา และปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสายเทคโนโลยีหรือสายปฏิบัติการของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพะเยา สาขาวิชาการบัญชี สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยียานยนต์และสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีไฟพ้า ปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา พ.ศ. 2559 - 2561 จำนวน 93 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพะเยา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และขนาดอิทธิพลผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพะเยา อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานกิจการนักศึกษา และด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไปตามลำดับ และ (2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคพะเยา จำแนกตามเพศ มีความแตกต่างในระดับน้อยมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ มีความแตกต่างในระดับน้อยมาก ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน เมื่อจำแนกตามสาขาวิชา พบว่า สาขาวิชาการบัญชี กับสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยียานยนต์และสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีไฟฟ้า มีความแตกต่างในระดับน้อย ยกเว้นสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยียานยนต์ และสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีไฟฟ้า มีความแตกต่างในระดับน้อยมาก และเมื่อจำแนกตามปีที่สำเร็จการศึกษา มีความแตกต่างในระดับน้อยมากทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the satisfaction of bachelor degree level graduate students with educational management of Phayao Technical College; and (2) to compare the levels of satisfaction with educational management of Phayao Technical College of bachelor degree level graduate students as classified by gender, age, study program, and year of graduation. The research population comprised 93 bachelor degree level graduate students who graduated from the technological or practical fields of study, i.e. accounting, vehicle technology, and electrical technology of Phayao Technical College during the B.E. 2559 - 2561 academic years. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the satisfaction of bachelor degree level graduate students of Payao Technical College, with reliability coefficient of .99. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and effect size. Research findings showed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of the satisfaction of bachelor degree level graduate students with educational management of Phayao Technical College were rated at the high level; when specific aspects of the satisfaction were ranked based on their rating means from top to bottom, it was found that the specific aspect receiving the top rating mean was that of personnel management, followed by that of academic management, that of student affairs management, and that of general management, respectively; and (2) comparison results of the satisfaction levels of the students as classified by many variables were as follows: when classified by gender, both the overall and specific aspects of satisfaction differed at the very little level; when classified by age, both the overall and specific aspects of satisfaction differed at the very little level; when classified by study program, it was found that the study fields of accounting, vehicle technology, and electrical technology differed at the little level, while the difference at the very little level was found between the vehicle technology and the electrical technology study fields; and when classified by year of graduation, both the overall and specific aspects of satisfaction differed at the very little level.
