การพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมของ สถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลและสาธารณสุข

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมของสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลและสาธารณสุข วิธีการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมของสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลและสาธารณสุขนี้ได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ โดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่ เกิดขึ้น เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบระบบ และพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูล ด้วยโปรแกรม Microsoft Access XP และโปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 หลังจากนั้นจึงประเมินการใช้ระบบจากแบบสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ใช้ระบบ จำนวน 20 คน การประเมินการใช้ระบบอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ทำให้ได้ระบบฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมของสถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลและสาธารณสุข สำหรับใช้ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกันสามารถนำข้อมูลในระบบฐานข้อมูลมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการประมวลข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้องอีกทั้งยังสามารถจัดทำรายงานต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการฝึกอบรมต่อผู้บริหารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

The aim of this developmental research was to develop a training database system for the Institute of Hospital and Health Care Human Resources Development. The System Development Life Cycle was the method used in the development of this training database system for the Institute. It began with the analysis of the various problems encountered, and the database system was designed and developed accordingly using Microsoft Access XP and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programs. Upon completion of the system development, it was evaluated by means of questionnaires from twenty users of the system. The result of the system evaluation showed that the system worked well and the storage of system data was kept to an exacting standard. This brought about rapid and accurate retrieval of relevant information, enabling effective reports concerning training administration for executive officers.
