Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชลบุรี ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสถานศึกษา และ (2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชลบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 8 แห่ง จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 234 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน แล้วสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบ สอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชลบุรี มีภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่ามีภาวะผู้นำอยู่ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมี อุดมการณ์ และด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการคำนึงถึง ความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคลและด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และ (2) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดชลบุรี ที่อยู่ในสถานศึกษาประเภทที่แตกต่างกันในภาพรวมและรายด้านคือด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์และด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าภาวะผู้นำในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยสารพัดช่าง
The objectives of this research were (1) to study transformational leadership of educational institution administrators under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Chon Buri province as perceived by educational institution teachers; and (2) to compare transformational leadership levels of educational institution administrators classified by type of educational institutions. The research sample consisted of 234 teachers working in eight educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Chon Buri province during the 2014 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling according to type of the institutions. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on transformational leadership of educational institution administrator, with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. Research findings revealed that (1) the overall transformational leadership of educational institution administrators under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Chon Buri province was rated at the moderate level; when transformational leadership levels in specific dimensions were considered, it was found that two dimensions of transformational leadership were rated at the high level, namely, the idealistic influence dimension, and the creating of inspiration dimension; while two dimension were rated at the moderate level, namely, the consideration of individuality dimension, and the intellectual motivation dimension; and (2) administrators of different types of educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Chon Buri province differed significantly at the .05 level in their overall transformational leadership levels; they also differed significantly at the .05 level in the idealistic influence dimension and creating of inspiration dimension of transformational leadership, with the rating means of administrators of the vocational education college group being significantly higher than the counterpart rating means of administrators of the polytechnic college group.
