Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนเซนต์โยเซฟ บางนา จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ระหว่างก่อนและหลังการใช้นิทานท้องถิ่นภาคกลาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนเซนต์โยเซฟ บางนา จำนวน 42 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (2) นิทานท้องถิ่นภาคกลางและ (3) แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะการอ่านจับใจความ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยทักษะการอ่านจับใจความของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้นิทานท้องถิ่นภาคกลาง หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this independent study was to compare reading comprehension skills of Prathom Suksa III students at St. Joseph Bang Na School in Samut Prakan province before and after using Central Region folktales. The sample consisted of 42 Prathom Suksa III students at St. Joseph Bang Na School, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research instruments were (1) learning management plans, (2) Central Region folktales, and (3) a reading comprehension test. Statistics employed for data analysis included the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that the post-learning reading comprehension mean score of students who used Central Region folktales was significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart at the .05 level.
