Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจ
พอเพียงในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 และ
(2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษา ขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัด
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและ
ขนาดของสถานศึกษา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ในสถานศึกษาขั้น
พื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จำนวน
468 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 143 คน และครูผู้สอน 325 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็น
แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์
ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทาง
และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษา
ขั้นพื้นฐาน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับ
มากเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ การจัดการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา การจัดบรรยากาศและ
สภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษา การให้ผู้ปกครองและชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการของ
สถานศึกษา การติดตามและการประเมินการจัดการศึกษา และการจัดระบบการบริหารจัดการของ
สถานศึกษาและ ( 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงใน
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาตาม
ขนาดของสถานศึกษาพบว่า สถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกันมีการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิด
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานแตกต่างกัน และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่พบว่า
สถานศึกษาขนาดกลางและสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่มีการบริหารงานวิชาการตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were (1) to study academic administration according to self-sufficiency economy of basic education schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and (2) compare academic administration according to self-sufficiency economy of basic education schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by status and schools size. The research samples consisted of 143 administrators and 325 teachers, 468 totaling of basic schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability of .98, developed by the researcher. The statistics used for analysis data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Sheffe method of pair-wise comparison. The finding indicated that (1) the overall academic administration according to self-sufficiency economy of basic education schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was rate at a high level: aspects of academic administration according to self-sufficiency economy of basic education schools could be ranked as follow: teaching and learning management, school curriculum development, school atmosphere and environment, participation of parents and community in educational management, monitoring and evaluation of educational management, and school management system; and (2) on significant difference was found regarding academic administration according to self-sufficiency economy of basic education schools under Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by status; while significant difference at the .05 level was found regarding schools in medium school with difference large school
