Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการศูนย์บริการ ทางการแพทย์ของพนักงานธนาคารออมสิน (2) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการศูนย์บริการทาง การแพทย์ของพนักงานธนาคารออมสิน จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการศูนย์บริการทางการแพทย์ธนาคารออมสิน ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานธนาคารออมสินที่เข้ารับบริการที่ศูนย์บริการ ทางการแพทย์ธนาคารออมสินเฉลี่ยเดือนละ 2,898 คนได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งสุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงระบบจำนวน 352 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าความลี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ใช้สถิติทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบผลต่าง นัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระคับการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการศูนย์บริการทางการแพทย์ของพนักงานธนาคารออมสินทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยลำดับแรก คือ ด้านความเป็นรูปธรรมของการบริการ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการตอบสนองของการให้บริการ ด้านความเชื่อถือ ไว้วางใจ ด้านการสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่ผู้รับบริการ และด้านความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ตามลำดับ (2) พนักงานธนาคารออมสินที่มีเพศ อายุ และสถานภาพสมรสแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้คุณภาพ บริการของศูนยบริการทางการแพทย์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตทระดับ 0.05 ส่วนพนักงาน ที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ตำแหน่งงาน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และจำนวนครั้งที่มารับบริการแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการของศูนย์บริการทางการแพทย์ไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการของศูนย์บริการทางการแพทย์คือ ต้านความเห็นอกเห็นใจ ควรจัดให้มีการ ติดตามการรักษาอย่างต่อเนื่องในผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรัง
The purpose of this study were (1) to study the perception level of service quality at Medical Center of Government Savings Bank employees; (2) to compare the service quality perception at Medical Center of Government Savings Bank by personal factors; and (3) to study the suggestion to improve the service quality of Government Savings Bank Medical Center. The population in this study was Government Savings Bank employees who received medical service at Government Savings Bank Medical Center with average number of 2,898 persons per month . For the sample size use systematic random sampling and the sample group was 352 persons. The tool for this study was a questionnaire and data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and the least significant difference test. The result of the study showed that (1) The perception level of service quality at Medical Center of Government Savings Bank employees both overall and each aspect were at high level. The first aspect was tangibility followed by responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy aspects, respectively. (2) Government Savings Bank employees who had different gender, age and marital status had different perception of service quality at medical center with statistical significance at 0.05 level. Employees who had different educational levels, jobs position , average income per month and number of times to get services had no different perception of service quality at medical center. (3) The suggestion to improve the service quality of Government Savings Bank Medical Center was in the empathy aspect that should provide the monitoring of continuing treatment for patients with chronic disease.
