การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์วิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อชีวิต ตามหลักสูตรสภาสถาบันราชภัฏ พ.ศ. 2543 วิธีการในการพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์นี้ใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โดยศึกษาคําอธิบายรายวิชา เนื้อหาของวิชารวมทั้งรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ผ่านมา หลังจากนั้นจึงวิเคราะห์และออกแบบบทเรียน และประเมินโดยอาจารย์ผู้สอนวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อชีวิต สถาบันราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี จํานวน 5 คน ระบบที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยโมดุลจํานวน 4 โมดุลคือโมดุลเนื้อหาโมดุลบริหารแบบทดสอบ โมดุลสําหรับอาจารย์ผู้สอน และโมดุลสําหรับนักศึกษาผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้คือระบบการเรียนรู้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อชีวิต ตามหลักสูตรสภาสถาบันราชภัฏ พ.ศ. 2543 ซึ่งผู้ประเมินพิจารณาว่าอยู่ในระดับดีมากรวมทั้งยังสามารถนําระบบนี้ไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ในวิชาอื่น ๆ ด้วย
The objective of this research was to develop an E-Learning System for “Information Technology for Life” according to the Rajabhat Institutes Council Curriculum B.E. 2543. The research methodology was based on system development life cycle. The preliminary stage involved the analysis of the course description and its content as well as the teaching and learning methods previously used. Afterwards, a new online lesson plan and lessons were developed and later evaluated by five teachers who had taught this course at Rajabhat Ubon Ratchathani. The system consisted of four modules: content module, test management module, instructor module and student module. The research resulted in an electronic learning system for “Information Technology for Life” according to the Rajabhat Institutes Council Curriculum B.E.2543. The system was found to be very good. The system can be applied to manage other courses in an electronic learning environment.
