ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะการทำงานด้านดิจิทัลกับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร ศูนย์ป้องกันบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขต 17 จันทบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับสมรรถนะการทำงานด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 17 จันทบุรี (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 17 จันทบุรี (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะการทำงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 17 จันทบุรี และ (4) ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะ และประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 17 จันทบุรี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับสมรรถนะการทำงานของบุคลากรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานด้านดิจิทัลของบุคลากร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) สมรรถนะการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานด้านดิจิทัลในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (4) ปัญหาที่พบคือ บุคลากรที่มีอายุมากกว่า 50 ปี ใส่ใจต่อการพัฒนาทางด้านเทคโนโลยีน้อยและไม่สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่พัฒนาการทำงานขึ้นใหม่ได้เหมาะสม ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรวางแผนความต้องการการพัฒนา โดยการจัดฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่อย่างสม่ำเสมอ

The objectives of this study were to study (1) digital capability competency level of the personnel of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Regional Center 17 Chanthaburi (2) performance efficiency level of the personnel of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Regional Center 17 Chanthaburi (3) the relationship between digital capability competency and performance efficiency of the personnel of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Regional Center 17 Chanthaburi, and (4) problems and recommend the guidelines to develop digital capability competency and performance efficiency of the personnel of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Regional Center 17 Chanthaburi. This study was a survey research. The population was 150 personnel of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Regional Center 17 Chanthaburi. Research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The findings revealed that (1) an overall image of digital capability competency of the personnel was at the highest mean (2) an overall image of performance efficiency level of the personnel was at high mean (3) the relation between digital capability competency and performance efficiency of the personnel had correlated positively at high level at statistically significant at 0.05 level, and (4) problems was found that most of personnel who were above 50 years old paid less attention to improve digital capability competency and could not handle the job appropriately. Recommendations was there should have training need plan and promote training and knowledge to the personnel regularly.
