Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกชำระค่าใช้จ่ายผ่านช่องทาง การรับชำระเงินของประชาชน (2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บริการช่องทางการรับชำระเงินของประชาชน (3) ศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้บริการช่องทางการรับชำระเงินของประชาชน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยหรือทำงาน อยู่ในเขตอำเภอต่างๆ ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานีที่ชำระค่าใช้จ่ายตามใบแจ้งหนี้ผ่านช่องทางการรับชำระเงิน จำนวน390 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใด้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่ารัอยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเลือกช่องทางการรับชำระเงินในระดับมากจากสิ่งกระตุ้นทางการตลาด คือ ปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการให้บริการเรื่องการบริการที่สะดวกรวดเร็ว จากสิ่งกระตุ้นอื่นๆคือปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีเรื่องการนำระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ แถบบาร์โค้ดมาใช้ในการให้บริการ (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 30-39 ปี สมรสแล้ว มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพรับราชการ มีรายได้ไม่เกิน 5,000 บาทต่อเดือน ปัจจุบันใช้บริการเคาน์เตอร์รับชำระเงินของหน่วยงานหรือบริษัทผู้ออกใบแจ้งหนี้เพื่อชำระค่าสาธารณูปโภคมากที่สุด เพราะว่ามีความเชี่อมั่นในการบริการที่ได้รับกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้บริการช่องทางการรับชำระเงินหลากหลายช่องทางขึ้นอยู่กับความสะดวก โดยชำระค่าใช้จ่ายครั้งละสองประเภทขึ้นไปและชำระเงินกายในวันเวลาที่ระบุตามใบแจ้งหนี้ผลการศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยภายใน สิ่งกระตุ้นทางการตลาดและสิ่งกระตุ้นอื่นๆ กับการเลือกใช้บริการช่องทางการรับชำระเงินพบว่า ปัจจัยภายใน คือ ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ อายุ สถานภาพสมรสระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเลือกช่องทางการรับชำระเงิน สิ่งกระตุ้นทางการตลาดเรื่องการให้คิดค่าธรรมเนียม การนำระบบบัตรคิวมาใช้ในการให้บริการและสามารถตรวจสอบประวัติการชำระหนี้ของลูกค้าได้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเลือกช่องทางการรับชำระเงินสิ่งกระตุ้นอื่นๆ เรื่องการเพื่มขึ้นของราคาน้ำมัน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเลือกช่องทางการรับชำระเงิน (3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคเรื่องค่าธรรมเนียมในการใช้บริการมึอัตราค่อนข้างสูง
The objectives of this research were (1) to study factors influencing the selection of cash payment though payment channels of the people in Ubon Ratchathani (2) to study the behavior of people in payment channel use (3) to study the problems and obstacles in implementing payment channel service among people. This study was a survey research. The subjects were 390 samples who lived or work in various districts of Ubon Ratchathani and paid fee as informed in the bill through payment channels. The subjects were selected by accidental sampling.The tool for data collection was a survey questionnaire and the statistics used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-Square test.The research results were shown as follows: (1) the factors that highly influenced the selection of payment channel consisted of a marketing stimulus, which was speedy service, and a technological stimulus, which was put the computer barcode to use in the service. (2) the majority of the samples were female, aged between 30-39 years, married and with bachelor degree, government officials, with monthly income under 5,000 baht. At present the payment counter services of organizations or companies issuing bills were most used for public utility payment due to service credit. The majority of the subjects chose many payment channels, in consideration of convenience, paying for at least 2 types at a time and within the date indicated in the bills. The study of the relationship between personal factors, marketing stimuli, and the other stimuli to the choice of payment channel yielded that personal attributes,which were age, marital status, education level, occupation and income related to thechoice of payment channel. The marketing stimuli - exclusion of counter service charge,application of queue cards to the service and capability to check customers’ debt payment history relation to the choice of payment channel. Another stimulus was the increase in oil price, which related to the choice of payment channel. (3) The majority of the samples confronted problems and obstacles concerning the charge being rather high.
