Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน
ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ (2) ศึกษาระดับภาวะความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของ
อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ (3) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงาน
ของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์
ระหว่างปัจจัยความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นอาจารย์ผู้สอนในมหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์
ประจาปีการศึกษา 2556 ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็น
แบบสอบถาม ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราช
นครินทร์ มีค่าความเที่ยง .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์
สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของ
กลุ่มเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัย
นราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ มีภาวะ
ความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับน้อย (3) ปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือน
ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ สถานภาพภายในสถานศึกษา อายุงานสอน ส่งผลต่อความเครียดไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วน
ปัจจัยด้านระดับการศึกษา สังกัดหน่วยงาน ระดับชั้นการสอน จำนวนรายวิชาที่สอน และจำนวนชั่วโมงสอน/
สัปดาห์ ส่งผลต่อความเครียดแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (4) ปัจจัยด้านภาระหน้าที่
รับผิดชอบ มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทิศทางบวกกับปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพกับผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน

The objectives of this research was to (1) explore level of the work factors influenced to the instructors in Princess of Naradhiwas University (2) explore the level stress for working of instructors in Princess of Naradhiwas University (3) compare the factors influenced with the work stress of instructors in Princess of Naradhiwas University which individual factor of identification and (4) explore the correlation for the work in stress factors of instructors in Princess of Naradhiwas University. A sample in this study was covered 175 instructors in Princess of Naradhiwas University in 2013 of academic year. Simple Random Sampling and questionnaire of factors influenced to the work stress of the instructors in Princess of Naradhiwas University were used as instrument. The validity and reliability values was indicated at the level .91. t-test, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s average comparision test were used for data analysis. The result was found that (1) all working stress factors of instruments in Princess of Naradhiwas University demonstrated at the moderate level (2) the stress condition of instruments in Princess of Naradhiwas University presented at the low level (3) no difference of the influenced factors of gender, age, marital status, salary, academic position, academic status and work life. It also shown statistically significant difference at the level of .5 for academic level, instituted, class level, subjects quatity and academic workload influenced to the working stress and (4) positive correlation for the factors of working responsibility and correlation with the leader, corroborate at the level of .05. Also, it was presented the statistically significant at the level of 0.05 for the correlation of inside and outside environments. Moreover, it was shown the positive relation at the statistically significant at the level of .01 between the leader and inside and outside environments.
