Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกสำหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยในการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกสาหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยในการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกกับคุณภาพการให้บริการสำหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง และ (4) เสนอแนะแนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกสำหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกสำหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยในการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกสำหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยในการให้บริการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยนอกกับคุณภาพการให้บริการสำหรับผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 สิทธิประกันสังคมของโรงพยาบาลแกลง จังหวัดระยอง เป็นความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ (4) แนวทางพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการ คือ ควรปรับปรุงพฤติกรรมการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ให้พูดจาสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม การเอาใส่ ผู้รับบริการ ควรจัดให้มีเครื่องมือแพทย์ และอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์ให้มีความเพียงพอต่อการให้บริการ และควรเพิ่มปริมาณที่จอดรถ
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the opinion on service quality of outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province (2) to study the opinion on factors relating healthcare service quality of outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province (3) to study the relation between factors relating service quality of outpatient healthcare services and factors relating outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province, and (4) to recommend service quality development guidelines on outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province. This study was a quantitative research. The population was 6,629 outpatients who were insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province who received healthcare service during June to July 2021.The sample size was determined by using Taro Yamane calculation formula and obtained 250 samples with accidental sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistic for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients. The findings revealed that (1) an overview opinion on service quality of outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province was at high level (2) an overview opinion on factors relating healthcare service quality of outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province was at high level (3) the relation between factors relating service quality of outpatient healthcare services and factors relating outpatient healthcare services for insured persons under section 33 social security insurance of Klaeng Hospital in Rayong Province had highly positive correlation at statistically significant at 0.01 level, and (4) the recommendation for service quality development guidelines were there should behave and speak nicely, smile, take care the people and should provide sufficient medical equipment and increase the parking area.
