Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ เป็นวิจัยพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ (2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ภายใต้บริบทประชาคมอาเซียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมี 2 กลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย 1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพทุกคนที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลตรอน อำภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 40 คน และ 2) คณะกรรมการบริหารโรงพยาบาลและหัวหน้งานในฝ่ายการพยาบาล จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่1) แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุกคล และแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถั ภายใต้บริบทประชาคมอาเซียน 8 ด้าน จำนวน72ช้อ นำมาจากเครื่องมือวิจัยของปียนุช อนุแก่นทราย (2557) และนำมาตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟากอนบราคเท่ากับ 0.98 และ 2) ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่มสำหรับศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตรอน ภายใต้บริบทประชาคมอาเซียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปาน กลาง (xˉ =3.40,SD= 0.82) และ (2) แนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพประกอบด้วย 1) ระดับโรงพยาบาล/ฝ่ายการพยาบาล พยาบาลควรได้รับการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเอง และสนับสนุนการเข้าอบรมหรือศึกษาต่อ 2) ระดับหน่วยงาน พยาบาลควรได้รับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ ด้านทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ การพยาบาลทางวัฒนธรรม และการพัฒนางานประจําสู่การวิจัย และ 3) ระดับบุคคล พยาบาลควรพัฒนาตนเองและการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการศึกษาอบรม เกี่ยวกับการบริการพยาบาลภายใต้บริบทประชาคมอาเซียน
The purposes of this descriptive study were: (1) to examine competencies of professional nurses at Tron Hospital in Uttaradit Province under the context of ASEAN community, and (2) to investigate guidelines for developing competencies of professional nurses. The sample was composed of 2 groups, 1) forty registered nurses who worked at Tron Hospital in Uttaradit Province, and 2) ten hospital committees and nursing administrators.The questionnaire included 2 parts, personal information and competencies of professional nurses which was developed by Piyanoot Anukaensai (2014). The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient was 0.98 (2) Focus group interview was used for investigating competencies of professional nurses. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The study findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses of Tron Hospital, Uttaradit Province under the context of ASEAN rate their nursing competencies at the moderate level. (M=3.40,SD = 0.82) (2) (2) Guidelines for developing competencies of professional nurses include 3 level as follows. 1) The hospital and the nursing department should promote nurses for self-development and support their trainings or further education, 2) The nursing unit should promoted their nurses’competencies, such as English communication skills, nursing culture, and doing routine work to research (R to R) 3) Individual nurse should develop themselves and participate in training projects relate to nursing services under the context of ASEAN community.
