ชั้นสูงปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทอาชีวศึกษา ในภาคเหนือตอนบน ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด
80/80 (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย

ของห้องสมุด
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพ คือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง
ปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนลำปางพาณิชยการและเทคโนโลยีที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2550 จำนวน 40
คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน
เครือข่าย วิชา ห้องสมุดกับการรู้สารสนเทศ เรื่อง สารสนเทศของห้องสมุด มีเนื้อหาสาระครอบคลุม คือ
หน่วยที่ 1 สารสนเทศและการรู้สารสนเทศ หน่วยที่ 2 ห้องสมุดและแหล่งสารสนเทศ และหน่วยที่ 3 การ
บริการและเผยแพร่สารสนเทศ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถาม
ความคิดเห็นนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่
การหาค่าประสิทธิภาพด้วยค่า E,/E, การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย วิชา ห้องสมุดกับการรู้สารสนเทศ
เรื่อง สารสนเทศของห้องสมุด ที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพดังนี้ 80.16/81.61 80.16/81.29 และ 79.84/81.61
ตามลำดับเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่ายมีความ
ก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการ
เรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่านเครือข่าย วิชา ห้องสมุดกับการรู้สารสนเทศ เรื่อง สารสนเทศของห้องสมุดอยู่ใน
ระดับเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study were three-folds: (1) to develop a set of computer-based training packages via network in Library and Information Literacy on Library Information for First Year Higher Certificate Students in the Upper Northern Region Private Vocational Schools based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the progress of First Year Higher Certificate Students learning from the computer-based training packages via network in Library and Information Literacy on Library Information; and (3) to study the opinion of First Year Higher Certificate Students on the quality of computer-based training packages via network in Library and Information Literacy on Library Information. Samples were 40 First Year Higher Certificate students in Lampang College of Commerce and Technology, using the purposive sampling technique. Research tools comprised (1)Three units of computer-based training packages via network in Library and Information Literacy on Library Information, namely Unit 1: Information and Information Literacy; Unit 2: Library and Information Resources; Unit 3: Information Services and Dissemination; (2) Pretests and posttests in parallel forms; and (3) Questionnaires asking the students' opinion on the quality of the computer-based training packages via network in Documentary Filing Systems; and (4) Statistics used were E,/E2, percentage, and Standard Deviation. Findings: It was found that (1) the three units of computer-based training packages via network were efficient at 80.16/81.45 80.16/81.12 and 79.74/81.54 respectively; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) The learning progress of the students learning from the computer-based training packages via network was significantly increased at the 0.05 level; and (3) The opinion of the students on the quality of the computer-based training packages via network was highly agreeable.
