การเปิดรับและความต้องการของผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยจังหวัดราชบุรี ระบบ A.M. ความถี่ 1593 KHz

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับฟังของผู้ฟังรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยจังหวัดราชบุรี ระบบ A.M. ความถี่ 1593 KHz (2) ความต้องการของผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยจังหวัดราชบุรี ระบบ A.M. ความถี่ 1593 KHz การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือ ผู้ฟังรายการสถานีวิทยุกระจายเสียงแห่งประเทศไทยจังหวัดราชบุรี ระบบ A.M. ความถี่ 1593 KHz จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ฟังรายการประเภทข่าวมากที่สุด สถานที่ที่ฟังรายการคือ ที่บ้าน ช่วงเวลาที่รับฟังส่วนใหญ่อยู่ระหว่างเวลา 05.00 - 09.00 น. ฟังรายการสัปดาห์ละ 2-3 วัน รายการที่นิยมรับฟัง คือ รายการ "บอกข่าวเล่าเรื่อง" (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการรายการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยต้องการรายการประเภทความรู้ เนื้อหาเรื่องการบริการชุมชนมากที่สุด และรูปแบบรายการ ข่าว/บทความมากที่สุด ด้านคุณภาพต้องการให้การส่งกระจายเสียงมีความชัดเจนมากที่สุด และต้องการให้ผู้ดำเนินรายการมีลีลาการนำเสนอที่น่าฟังมากที่สุด

The objectives of this research were to study (1) the listening behavior of listeners of programs on Radio of Thailand Ratchaburi A.M. 1593 KHz; and (2) their demand for programs on the station. This was a survey research. The sample population consisted of 400 listeners of Radio of Thailand Ratchaburi A.M. 1593 KHz radio station, chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that (1) The majority of samples were female, in the age range 36-45, educated to diploma level or equivalent, with income of 5,000 -10,000 baht a month, and working as private sector employees. The type of program they listened to the most was news. Most often they listened at home from 05.00 - 09.00 in the morning. They reported tuning in 2-3 days per week. The program they said they liked the most was "Bok Khao Lao Reuang". (2) Overall, the samples had a high level of demand for radio programming. The types of programs they desired the most were informative programs about community services. They preferred the news/report format the most. In terms of quality, their greatest demand was for clear sound of broadcast, and they wanted the presenters to have a pleasant to listen to speaking style
