Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนต่อบริการของสำนักงานประกันสังคม จังหวัดสงขลา (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตน จำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และประเภทของกองทุน (3) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเพิ่มเติมของผู้ประกันคนที่มาใช้บริการที่สำนักงานประกันสังคม จังหวัดสงขลา (4) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของผู้ประกันตนที่มาใช้บริการที่สำนักงานประกันสังคม จังหวัดสงขลา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้ที่มารับบริการประกันสังคมจังหวัดสงขลาจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างระหว่างคู่ จะทำการทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยวิธีเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนต่อบริการของสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัดสงขลา ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ และด้านระบบการให้บริการอยู่ในในระดับมาก (2) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนพบว่า ผู้ประกันตนที่มีอายุระดับการศึกษา จำนวนครั้งที่เคยรับบริการ และประเภทกองทุนที่ใช้บริการต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อบริการโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ผู้ประกันตนที่มีเพศ และผู้ประกันตนที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อบริการโดยรวมแตกต่างอันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (3) ผู้ประกันตนมีความต้องการที่เพิ่มเติม ในด้าน จำนวนเงินที่ได้รับจากการจ่ายประโยชน์ทดแทนเพิ่มขึ้น รองลงมา คือ บริการน้ำดื่มที่สะอาดระหว่างรอรับบริการ (4) ปัญหาที่ผู้ประกันตนพบมากที่สุดในการให้บริการ คือ ความเข้าใจของผู้ประกันตนในด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้รับเพราะซับช้อนเกินไป รองลงมาได้แก่ปัญหาด้านที่นั่งคอย และที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ ตามลำดับ
The objectives of this research are to (1) Study the level of satisfaction of insured persons towards the service of the Social Security Office of Songkhla;. (2) Compare the satisfaction of insured persons varied by personal data and type of fund;. (3) study the further needs of insured persons that are serviced by the Social Security Office of Songkhla; and. (4) study the problems and obstacles of insured persons who come to use the service of the Social Security Office of Songkhla. The study group is 400 insured persons who come to use the service of the Social Security Office of Songkhla. The instrument is a questionnaire asking about the satisfaction of insured persons. The statistic used for data analysis are: Percentage, Mean, Standard deviation, T-scorc and One way ANOVA. When there is a difference between pairs, the statistic used is to compare the mean between a pair by Cheffe’s method. The results of the study are as folioพระ (1) The satisfaction of insured persons towards the service of the Social Security Office of Songkhla in the aspects of personnel, the process of services, and the systems of services are in the high level. (2) Comparing among the insured persons that are different in age, level of education, times of contact for service and the type of fund, they have the same level of satisfaction towards the service as a whole. However the insured persons that are different in gender and income per month have a statistically different level of satisfaction toward the service as a whole at the level of 0.05. (3) The future needs of insured persons are firstly that they would like to get more revenue. Secondaly, they would like to have a clean drinking water service while they are waiting for the service. (4) The problem that the insured persons have encountered most is difficulty in understanding some benefits of the fund because they are too complicated. The next most encountered problems is the seats in the waiting rooms and the car parking spaces are insufficient, respectively.
