ศึกษาการนำเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ของกลุ่มอฑิตยาเบอร์ล่าในประเทศไทย

Abstract

เกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติเป็นหลักการบริหารที่สำคัญ และสอดคล้องกับองค์กรธุรกิจในประเทศไทย เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล อย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ การมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ที่จะสามารถขับเคลื่อนให้องค์กรได้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ และตรงตามเป้าหมายได้ดียิ่งขึ้นวัตถุประสงค์ในการทำวิจัยในครั้งนี้ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการนำเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบห่วงโซ่อุปทานขององค์กร จากผู้ได้รับรางวัล (2) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานและการนำไปปฏิบัติงาน ตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติ (3) ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานในการพัฒนาระบบห่วงโซ่อุปทาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เลึอกใช้เกณฑ์การเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยเลือกจากองค์กรที่ประสบผลสำเร็จได้รับรางวัลคุณภาพ คือบริษัท ไทยอคิริคไฟเบอร์ จำกัด และ บริษัท ไทยคาร์บอนแบล็คจำกัด (มหาชน) เครึ่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน มีการทดสอบความเชี่อมั่นแล้วมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการทดสอบสมมติฐานเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ใช้วิธีการสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน และไคสแควร์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพ พนักงานองค์กรเป้าหมายมีส่วนร่วมในการมุ่งเน้นลูกค้าและตลาดอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบห่วงโซ่อุปทาน พบว่าพนักงานให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้าภายใน และตอบสนองความต้องการ ของลูกค้าภายนอก อยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงานตามเกณฑ์รางวัลคุณภาพแห่งชาติกับ ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาห่วงโซ่อุปทาน พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.04 .

Thailand Quality Award procedure is the important principle of management and harmonizes with business organization in Thailand to turn up their efficency and productivity constantly . In additional, employee's participation an important to effectively carry out the organization to achieve the directive & Target. The objective of this research; (1) to study application of Thailand Quality Award (TQA)criteria for developing Supply Chain system in the organization that had been awarded; (2) to study level of employee's participation in the organization that performing base on TQA criteria and (3) to study level of employee's participation in developing the Supply Chain . The sample group used for reserch was specified and seleected from the organization that had received Thailand Quality Award(TQA). Those were Thai Acrylic Fibre Co.,Itd. and Thailand Carbon Black (Publish)Co.,Itd .. Research tool wre approximately rating-scale questionnaire about the participation of the employee in performance management.The researecher had constructed questionnaires with relaibility of 0.96 . Statistical methods used for analysis were percentage mean; and standard deviation. To prove hypothesis about the relation; The researcher used Pearson correlation and Chi-Squares . Based result of this research pointed out (1) Employees participation for TQA criteria in the targeted organization is emphasis on customer & market sections is in high level. (2) Finding the participation of supply chain development in internal and external customer satisfaction is high level. (3) Employees participation for TQA criteria related to Participation of Supply chain development system is in the high with significat meaning in statistic at 0.04 .
