การจัดการโช่อุปทานผักตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของกลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ผักบางท่าข้าม อำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1 การจัดการโซ่อุปทานผักตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของกลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ผักบางท่าข้าม 2 การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ผักบางท่าข้าม และ 3 ปัญหาในการจัดการการผลิตผักและความต้องการของกลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ผักบางท่าข้าม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) การจัดการโซ่อุปทานผักตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ของกลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ผักบางท่าข้าม ประกอบด้วย การวางแผนการผลิต การจัดหาปัจจัยการผลิต การผลิตตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี การส่งมอบผัก การตรวจรับรองมาตรฐาน การเก็บรักษารอการขนส่ง 2) บริหารจัดการกลุ่มโดยคณะกรรมการกลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ แบ่งการดาเนินการออกเป็น 4 ด้านคือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มเกษตรกร ด้านการตรวจรับรองมาตรฐานผัก ด้านการส่งคืนสินค้า(ผัก)ที่ไม่ผ่านมาตรฐานกลับ และ ด้านการเก็บรักษารอการขนส่ง และ 3) ปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการการผลิตผักแบ่งได้ 3 ด้านคือ ด้านการผลิต ด้านคุณภาพ และด้านการตลาด

The objectives of this study were to study 1 vegetable supply chain management according to good agricultural practice standards of the Bang Tha Kham large vegetable farmer group, 2 Bang Tha Kham large vegetable farmer group management, and 3 problems in the management of the Bang Tha Kham vegetable farmer group. Use a sample By random sampling, they consisted of 5 members of the vegetable farmer group, 2 staff from Tesco-Lotus and officials from the Department of Agricultural Extension. and the Department of Agriculture Data were collected using structured questionnaires and focus groups. Data analysis for quantitative research used descriptive statistics, i.e. frequency, percentage, and data analysis for qualitative research. Use content analysis The results of the study showed that 1) vegetable supply chain management according to good agricultural practice standards of the Bang Tha Kham vegetable farmer group consists of production planning procurement of inputs Production according to good agricultural practice standards, vegetable delivery, standard certification Storage awaiting transportation 2) Group management by the large farmer group committee. The operation is divided into 4 areas: management of farmers' groups; in the field of vegetable standard certification in terms of returning products (vegetables) that do not meet the standards, and the aspect of keeping waiting for transportation, and 3) problems and needs in the management of vegetable production can be divided into 3 aspects: production, quality and marketing.
