การพัฒนาความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์โดยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบจำลองเป็นฐานเรื่อง วัสดุและสสาร ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองปรือ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบจำลองเป็นฐาน เรื่อง วัสดุและสสาร และ 2)เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบจำลองเป็นฐาน เรื่อง วัสดุและสสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองปรือ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 22 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบจำลองเป็นฐาน เรื่อง วัสดุและสสาร 2) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และ 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาความถี่ ร้อยละ และความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนทุกคน ก่อนเรียน อยู่ในระดับปรับปรุง หลังเรียนความสามารถในการสร้างคำอธิบายทางวิทยาศาสตร์เพิ่มขึ้น อยู่ในระดับดี จำนวน 7 คน (ร้อยละ 31.82) อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ จำนวน 13 คน (ร้อยละ 59.09) และอยู่ในระดับปรับปรุง จำนวน 2 คน (ร้อยละ 9.09) และ 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียน หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน เมื่อคิดระดับความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียน พบว่า มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนรายชั้นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =0.31)

The purposes of this research were 1) to compare the level of scientific explanation ability of Prathom Suksa IV students at Nongprue School, Nakhonratchasima province before and after learning through model-based instruction in the topic of materials and matter; and 2) to compare science learning achievement of Prathom Suksa IV students at Nongprue School, Nakhonratchasima province before and after learning through model-based instruction in the topic of materials and matter. The research sample consisted of 22 Prathom Suksa IV students studying in the second semester of the academic year 2020 at Nongprue School, Nakhonratchasima province, obtained by purposive sampling. The employed research instruments were 1) model-based instruction lesson plans in the topic of materials and matter, 2) a scientific explanation ability assessment form, and 3) a science learning achievement test. The data were analyzed by using the content analysis, frequency, percentage and class normalized gain. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the ability to create scientific explanations of all students before learning was at the improvement needed level. While after-learning, their scientific explanations abilities increased, 7 students (31.82%) were at a good level, 13 students (59.09%) were at a fair level, and 2 students (9.09%) were at an improvement needed level, and 2) After learning, the students’ science learning achievement was higher than their before-learning counterpart achievement, and the class normalized gain was at a medium level (<g> = 0.31).
