Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาและเปรืยบเทียบความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตลาดกระบัง จำแนกตามกลุ่มผู้แทนคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ (2) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทหน้าที่คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตลาดกระบัง 20 แห่ง จำนวน 169 คน จำแนกเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่กลุ่มผู้แทนสถานศึกษา กลุ่มผู้แทนชุมชน และกลุ่มผู้แทนผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเที่ยง .93 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไต้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวน การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตลาดกระบัง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในภาพรวมโดยจำแนกตามกลุ่มผู้แทนพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ(3) ข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับแนวทาง การพัฒนาบทบาทหน้าที่คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีความต้องการ การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้เพื่มเติมใน 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การประชุมอบรมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีส่วนร่วม และการศึกษาดูงานสถานศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการจัดการศึกษา
The purposes of tins study were (1) to study and compar e the opinions of basiceducation school board members toward guidelines for role development of basic education school boards in schools under the Lat Kiabang District Office. Bangkok Metropolitan Administr ation, as classified by group of basic education school board representatives: and (2) to smdy recommendations concerning guidelines for role development of basic education school boards. The sample consisted of 169 basic education school board members from 20 BMA schools under the Lat Kiabang Distiict Office. The sample was classified into three groups: the group of school representatives, the group of community' representatives, and the group of expert representatives. The employed research instillment was a rating scale questionnaire developed by the researcher, with reliability coefficient of .93. Statistics used in data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The .05 level of statistical significance was predetermined for hypothesis testing. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall opinion of basic education school boar d members toward guidelines for role development of basic education school boards in BMA schools under the Lat Kiabang District Office was at the high level; (2) as for comparison results of the overall opinion of school board members as classified by school board representative gr oup, no significant difference among opinions of the three representative groups was found: and (3) regarding recommendations concerning guidelines for role development of basic education school boards, it was found that the basic education school board members needed additional learning development in three ways, namely, the organizing of task-related workshops, the provision of collaborative work opportunities, and the organizing of study visits to the best practice schools.
