ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า โรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อวัดระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจโดยรวมจำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้รับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี (3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจโดยรวมจำแนกตามช้อมูลทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาล ของผู้รับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกของโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 15-60 ปี จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการ หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิแอลฟา ของ ครอนบาค เท่ากับ .9306 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ช้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนโดยใช้การทดสอบแบบที และการทดสอบแบบ เอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วนนอกตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี อยู่ในระด้บพึงพอใจมาก (2) การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบจากข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้รับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี พบว่ารายได้ของครอบครัว และอายุ พบว่าแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p > .05) (3) การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบจากช้อมูลทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาลที่ให้บริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ตามนโยบายหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าโรงพยาบาลของรัฐในจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี พบว่าจำนวนเคียงของโรงพยาบาลมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับบริการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p > .05)

The objectives of this study were three folds: (1) to estimate the clients’ satisfaction level with the service of the out patient department at the government hospitals in Suphan Buri Province under the universal healthcare coverage policy (2) to compare all of the factors concerning the clients that affected their satisfaction with the service of the out patient department at the government hospitals in Suphan Buri Province under the universal healthcare coverage policy (3) to compare all of the factors concerning the government hospitals in Suphan Buri Province which provided the out patient service for the clients under the universal healthcare coverage policy. Four hundred clients aged 15-60 who visited the out patient department at the government hospitals in Suphan Buri Province comprised the sample group. A questionnaire was employed in collecting data. Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was used to test the questionnaire reliability ( .9306). The percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance; t test and F test were employed to analyze the data. Majors findings were as follows: (1) the clients’satisfaction level with the service of the out patient department at the government hospitals in Suphan Buri Province under the universal healthcare coverage policy was very high (2) the comparison among all of the factors concerning the clients -sex marriage status education level occupation were found insignificantly different except the family income and age factors found significantly different (p > .05) (3) the comparison among all of the factors concerning the government hospitals in Suphan Buri which provided the out patient service for the clients under the universal healthcare coverage policy was found significantly different (p > .05) due to the amount of beds in the hospitals.
