ผลการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยการสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 7E ผนวกกลวิธีการสอนทางวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่องระบบย่อยอาหารและการสลายสารอาหารระดับเซลล์และจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โปรแกรมวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่โรงเรียนโดยใช้วิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 7E ผนวกกลวิธีการสอนทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่อง ระบบย่อยอาหารและการสลายสารอาหารระดับเซลล์กับเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดร้อยละ 75 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบจิตวิทยาศาสตร์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ที่เรียนโดยใช้วิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 7E ผนวกกลวิธีการสอนทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ระหว่างก่อนและหลังเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาหลังการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง ระบบย่อยอาหารและการสลายสารอาหารระดับเซลล์ ด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 7E ผนวกกลวิธีการสอนทางวิทยาศาสตร์เทียบเกณฑ์ สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 75 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (2) จิตวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนที่เรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 7E ผนวกกลวิธีการสอนทางวิทยาศาสตร์ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were (1) to compare against the 75 percent criterion the post-learning achievement in the topic of Digestion System and Cellular Respiration of Mathayom Suksa IV students who learned under the 7E inquiry learning management together with science teaching strategies; and (2) to compare the pre-learning and post-learning scores on scientific mind of the students who learned under the 7E inquiry learning management together with science teaching strategies. The research sample consisted of 32 Mathayom Suksa IV students in the first semester of the 2018 academic year at Tha Chana School in Surat Thani Province, obtained by cluster random sampling. Statistics employed for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research findings were as follows: (1) the post-learning achievement of students learning under the 7E inquiry learning management together with science teaching strategies in the topic of Digestion System and Cellular Respiration was higher than the 75 percent criterion at the .05 level of significance; and (2) the post-learning scores on scientific mind of the students who learned under the 7E inquiry learning management together with science teaching strategies were significantly higher than their pre-learning counterpart scores at the .05 level of significance.
