การพัฒนาต้นแบบฐานข้อมูลรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงและวิทยุโทรทัศน์ของสำนักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช

Abstract

งานวิจัยที่จัดทำขึ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบฐานข้อมูลรายการวิทยุ กระจายเสียงและวิทยุโทรทัศน์ของสำนักเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช วิธีการพัฒนานี้ ใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ โดยเริ่มจากการสำรวจปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานในระบบปัจจุบัน รวบรวมปัญหาสำคัญเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของระบบใหม่ และออกแบบระบบฐานข้อมูล โดยใช้โครงสร้างฐานข้อมูลเชิงสัมพันธ์ในการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 และ Microsoft Access 2000 หลังจากนั้นจึงประเมินระบบโดยใช้แบบสอบถามผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 กลุ่มจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10 คน คือ กลุ่มผู้บริหาร กลุ่มผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และกลุ่มผู้ใช้ขั้นปลายต้นแบบฐานข้อมูลที่ได้ประกอบด้วยหน้าจอต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ หน้าจอการบันทึก การแก้ไขการค้นข้อมูล และการนำเสนอรายงาน โดยหน้าจอเหล่านี้มีลักษณะที่ง่ายต่อการใช้งานการประเมินผลพบว่า ต้นแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นช่วยลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน และสามารถนำมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานจริงได้ในระดับดีมาก และภาพรวมประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบอยู่ในระดับดี

The purpose of this study was to develop the prototype database for radio and television programs of the Office of Educational Technology, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. This developmental study applied the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The study started out with the investigation of current problems. The analysis of the new system requirements was based on major current problems found. The design of the system was based on the relational database model. The tools used were Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2000. The prototype was evaluated by sending out ten questionnaires to three groups of users: management, operational and end users. The prototype consisted of the following screens: inputting, updating, searching, and reporting. It was designed to be easy to use. The evaluation of the three groups concluded that the prototype could reduce work processes and be functionally operated in the Office at a very high level. In addition, the overall efficiency of the prototype was ranked at a high level.
