Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบททางการเมืองของไทยผ่านเนื้อหาสาระแนวคิดในวรรณกรรมประเภทเรื่องสั้นรางวัลพานแว่นฟ้าในช่วง พ.ศ. 2545-2551 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเอกสาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ หนังสือวรรณกรรมการเมืองรางวัลพานแว่นฟ้า ในช่วง พ.ศ. 2545-2551 จำนวน 7 เล่ม ได้แก่ คืนเดือนเพ็ญ, พานแว่นฟ้า, ตานะฮ์อูมี แผนดิน มาตุภูมิ, วาวแสงแห่งศรัทธา, การจากไปของนกเค้า, เราติดอยูในแนวรบเสียแล้ว ...แม่ มัน และ สะพาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่แผนวิเคราะห์ (Tally sheet) โดยแบ่งหน่วยการวิเคราะห์ออกเป็นมุมมองการเมือง ด้านต่าง ๆ รวม 10 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการเรียกร้องประชาธิปไตยที่สมบูรณ์ ด้านการเรียกร้องรัฐธรรมนูญในแบบอุดมคติ ด้านการต่อต้านการคอรัปชันของนักการเมือง ด้านสิทธิเสรีภาพของประชาชนในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ด้านการเรียกร้องความเป็นธรรม ด้านการถูกกดขี่จากนักการเมือง ด้านความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองปัจจุบัน ด้านปัญหาความขัดแย้งสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ ด้านประวัติศาสตร์เหตุการณ์ตุลาคมและพฤษภาทมิฬ และด้านอื่น ๆ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านการต่อต้านการคอรัปชันของนักการเมืองมีมากที่สุดโดยพบว่ามีเรื่องสั้น จำนวน 21 เรื่อง บทกวีจำนวน 8 เรื่อง ซึ่งเกือบทุกเรื่องจะนำเสนอภาพการทุจริตการเลือกตั้งอย่างตรงไปตรงมา รองลงมาได้แก่ด้านการเรียกร้องประชาธิปไตยที่สมบูรณ์มีเรื่องสั้นจำนวน 16 เรื่อง และบทกวีจำนวน 24 บท ส่วนใหญ่สะท้อนถึงปัญหาการเลือกตั้งในระบอบประชาธิปไตยที่ผู้เขียนพยายามสร้างตัวละครให้มีมุมมองในด้านบวกต่อระบอบการปกครองดังกล่าว ด้านการเรียกร้องรัฐธรรมนูญ มีเรื่องสั้นจำนวน 14 เรื่อง บทกวีจำนวน 3 เรื่อง ในภาพรวมต้องการให้มีรัฐธรรมนูญที่เป็นประชาธิปไตยและงดงามเหมือนในอุดมคติ ด้านสิทธิเสรีภาพของประชาชนในระบอบประชาธิปไตยพบว่ามีเรื่องสั้น จำนวน 4 เรื่อง บทกวีจำนวน 1 เรื่อง โดยเสนอให้เห็นภาพการไม่ยอมรับสิทธิการแสดงความคิดเห็นของประชาชน มีการใช้อำนาจมืดเข้ามาจัดการ ด้านการเรียกร้อง ความเป็นธรรม ด้านการถูกกดขี่จากนักการเมือง/ข้าราชการ ส่วนใหญ่นำเสนอในภาพของตัวละครชนชั้นกรรมาชีพที่ถูกนักการเมืองใช้อำนาจหน้าที่กดขี่ข่มเหง ด้านความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองปัจจุบันส่วนใหญ่สะท้อนปัญหาการแบ่งฝ่าย แบ่งสี ซึ่งพบมากในงานเขียนช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2550-2551 ด้านปัญหาความขัดแย้งสามจังหวัด ชายแดนใต้และด้านประวัติศาสตร์เหตุการณ์ตุลาคมและพฤษภาทมิฬพบว่ามีเนื้อหาสะท้อนเหตุการณ์สะเทือนใจในปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยผ่านเรื่องเล่าธรรมดาในกิจวัตรประจำวันของตัวละคร ด้านอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ การเสนอภาพ การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านเศรษฐกิจยุคฟองสบู่แตก สะท้อนภาพการถูกเอารัดเอาเปรียบของชาวนา การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เป็นผลมาจากการพัฒนาทางวัตถุ
The objective of this research was to study the context of Thai politics through the content and concepts in the literary works that won the Pan Vanfa Award in the years 2002 to 2008. This was a documentary research. The sample population consisted of 7 literary works that won the Pan Vanfa Award in 2002-2008, namely, Kuen Duean Pen [Full Moon Night], Pan Vanfa [Mirror Decorated Pedestal], Tanah Umi: Pandin Matuphum [Tanah Umi: Motherland], Wawsaeng Haeng Sata [Glow of Faith], Kahn Jak Bai Kong Nok Khao [Departure of the Owl], Rao Dit Yoo Nai Naew Rob Sia Laew…Mae Mun [I’m Stuck in the Line of Fire…Dear], Sapahn [Bridge]. The data collection tool was a tally sheet. The analysis units were divided into 10 political views: the call for full democracy, the call for an ideal constitution, opposition against corrupt politicians, the call for people’s democratic rights and liberty, the call for justice, opposition to oppression by politicians, the issue of political conflict, the problem of unrest in the 3 southern border provinces, historical movements against military regimes, and “other.” The results showed that the topic that was written about the most was corruption by politicians, which appeared in 21 short stories and 8 poems. Almost all of them told about open dishonesty in elections. The second most frequent topic was the call for complete, true democracy, which was found in 16 short stories and 24 poems. In most cases the authors described problems with the election process and tried to create characters that had a positive attitude toward that system of government. The call for an ideal constitution was covered in 14 short stories and 3 poems, mainly expressing the desire for a magnificent idealized democratic constitution. The topic of people’s rights and liberty was addressed in 4 short stories and 1 poem, which told about situations of people being prevented from expressing their ideas by dark powers. The topic of a call for justice was mainly conveyed in stories or images about working class people who were oppressed, threatened or abused by politicians or bureaucrats. The topic of political conflict was reflected in writings about division and disunity, especially in works published in 2007-2008. References to the problem of unrest in the 3 southern border provinces and the historical movements against military regimes aimed to move readers by telling about the events through the eyes of a bystander who intended to go about his or her normal daily routine. The other topics covered were changes that occurred after the economic bubble burst in 1997, the ways in which rice farmers are taken advantage of, and changes in society due to the rise of materialism.
