Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2)สภาพการทำนาของเกษตรกร 3) การจัดการปุ๋ยในนาข้าว และ 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการปุุ๋ยในนาข้าวของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรในตำบลบ้านคัอ อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ปลูกข้าวนาปี กับสำนักังานเกษตรอำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น ปี พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 2,356 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 95 และระดับความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 10 ได้ 96 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสูงสุด และค่าต่ำสุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศชาย อายุเฉล่ีย 52.1 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับชั้น ประถมศึกษา มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.4 คน มีจำนวนแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.8 คน เกษตรกรร้อยละ 79.2 มีรายได้หลักจาการเกษตร นอกจากทำนาแล้ว เกษตรกรยังประกอบอาชีพทำ ไร่อ้อยมากที่สุด เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มลูกค้า ธ.ก.ส. 2) สภาพการทำนาของเกษตรกร พบว่า เกษตรกรมีพื้นที่ทำนา ทั้งหมด 6 - 10 ไร่ ลักษณะการทำนาเป็นนาดำ เริ่มปลูกข้าวเดือนมิถุนายน เกษตรกรทุกรายปลูกข้าวเหนียวพันธุ์ กข 6 ใช้อัตราเมล็ดพันธุ์เฉลี่ย 5.7กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ พื้นทื่เพาะปลูกเฉลี่ย 7.5 ไร่ เกษตรกรร้อยละ 44.8 ปลูกข้าวเจ้าพันธุ์ขาวดอกมะลิ 105 ในพื้นที่เฉล่ีย 3.4 ไร่ และใช้อัตราเมล็ดพันัธุ์เฉลี่ย 5.7 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ สภาพดินในแปลงนาส่วนใหญ่เป็นดินร่วนปนทราย ผลผลิตเฉลี่ยที่ได้รับ 352.9 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ขณะเก็บข้อมูลยังไม่มีเกษตรกรรายใดขายข้าวเปลือก 3) การจัดการปุุ๋ยในนาข้าว พบว่า เกษตรกรร้อยละ 93.7 ใช้ปุ๋ยเคมี และเกษตรกรร้อยละ 20.8 ใช้ปุุ๋ยอินทรีย์ เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ใช้ปุ๋เคมี 2 ครั้ง ในช่วงแตกกอและออกรวง ใช้ปุุ๋ยสูตร 15-15-15 อัตรา 6-10 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ส่วนการใช้๋ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ใช้ก่่อนการเตรียมดิน 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการปุุ๋ยในนาข้าวของเกษตรกร พบว่า เกษตรกรมีปัญหาขาดความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ปุุ๋ยทั้งด้านชนิดอัตรา และเวลาที่ใช้และมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ภาครัฐสนับสนุนการจัดทำแปลงสาธิตการใช้ปุ๋ยในนาข้าว การสนับสนุนเมล็ดพันธุ์พืชปุุ๋ยสด และการประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งจำหน่ายปุุ๋ยชนิดต่างๆ ที่มีคุณภาพและราคาต่ำ
The objectives of the independent study were to study 1) the social and economic characteristics of rice farmers in the study area; 2) their rice production condition; 3) their fertilizer management in paddy fields; and 4) the problems and suggestions regarding fertilizer used in paddy field. The population was 2,356 farmers in Ban Kho Sub-District, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province who registered as rice farmers at Khon Kaen District Agricultural Extension Office in the year 2017. The sample size was 96 of which determined by using Taro Yamane’s formula with 95% confidence level and 10 % error. The sampling technique was simple random and the tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum, and maximum. The results showed that 1) the social and economic characteristic of the farmers: most farmers were male with the average age of 52.1 years and primary school graduate. The average household size was 4.4 and average household labor force was 2.8. The main income of 79.2 % of farmers came from agriculture. Apart from rice production, these farmers produced sugar cane as well. Most farmers were members of the Bank for Agriculture and Cooperatives. 2) Rice production condition: the rice farm area per household was 6-10 rai. (1 rai=1,600 m2). Most of farmers grew rice by transplanted method and the crop started in June. All farmers grew glutinous rice and the cultivar used was RD6. The average seed used was 5.7 kg / rai and the average planting area was 7.5 rai/household. Non-glutinous rice was grown by 44.8% of farmers, the cultivar used was KDML 105, the average planting area was 3.4 rai, and average seed used was 5.7 kg / rai. The soil in most farm was sandy loam. The average yield was 352.9 kg / rai. At the time of study, all of farmers did not sell their paddy. 3) Fertilizer management in rice fields: 93.7 % of farmers used chemical fertilizer, while 20.8 % use organic fertilizer. Most of them used chemical fertilizer twice at tillering and flowering stages, the formula most used was 15-15-15 and the rate was 6-10 kg per rai. Organic fertilizer was used before the soil preparation. 4) The problems and suggestions: farmers had problems on knowledge of fertilizer using in term of type, rate, and time of using. They suggested that the government should provide demonstration plot of fertilizer application, seed of green manure, and information about source of high quality and low price fertilizers.
