Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความพร้อมของผู้ทำบัญชีในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (2) เปรียบเทียบความพร้อมของผู้ทำบัญชีในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนจำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้ทำบัญชีในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 327 ราย ซึ่งผู้ศึกษาได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดย การใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่มีความเชื่อมัน 95% ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 180 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ผู้ทำบัญชีมีความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในภาพรวมระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ผู้ทำบัญชีส่วนใหญ่มีความพร้อมด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนระดับปานกลาง มีความพร้อมด้านทักษะทางวิชาชีพระดับมาก และมีความพร้อมด้านทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศระดับปานกลาง (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพร้อมของผู้ทำบัญชีในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนจำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และตำแหน่งงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในทุกด้าน สถานภาพการสมรส ที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความพร้อมด้านทักษะทางวิชาชีพและด้านทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศแต่ไม่มีผลต่อความพร้อมด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อความพร้อมด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน และด้านทักษะทางวิชาชีพ แต่ไม่มีผลต่อความพร้อมด้านทักษะภาษาต่างประเทศ เพศที่แตกต่างกันไม่มีผลต่อความพร้อมของผู้ทำบัญชีในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในทุกด้าน
The objectives of this independent study were (1) to study readiness of certified accountant to ASEAN Economic Community; and (2) to compare readiness of certified accountant to ASEAN Economic Community by personal factors. The population was 327 certified accountants who worked in Bangkok Metropolitan and 180 of them were samples calculated by Taro Yamane formula. The research tool was a questionnaire with 0.89 reliability value. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference. The results found that (1) the overall readiness of certified accountant to ASEAN Economic Community was at medium level. Considering by aspect, it was found that the certified accountant ‘s readiness of professional skill was at high level while the readiness of ASEAN Economic Community knowledge and foreign language skill were at medium level; and (2) the certified accountants with different age, educational level, income and job position had different readiness to ASEAN Economic Community on all aspects. The certified accountants with different marital status had different readiness to ASEAN Economic Community on professional skill and foreign language skill but had no different on ASEAN Economics Community knowledge while the certified accountants with different work experience had different readiness to ASEAN Economic Community on ASEAN Economic Community knowledge and professional skill but had no different on foreign language skill. The certified accountants with different gender had no different readiness to ASEAN Economic Community on all aspects.
