ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จังหวัดนนทบุรี ตามการรับรู้ของครู

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ(1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จังหวัดนนทบุรี ตามการรับรู้ของครู (2) ศึกษาสภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาดังกล่าวตามการรับรู้ของครูและ(3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับสภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาดังกล่าวกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จังหวัดนนทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 315 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการและสภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ.98 และ.97 ตามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ คำร้อยคะ คำเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 3 จังหวัดนนทบุรี ตามการรับรู้ของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) สภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาดังกล่าว ตามการรับรู้ของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูง กับสภาพองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาดังกล่าว อย่างมีนัยสำลัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the servant leadership of school administrators in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi province, as perceived by teachers; (2) to study the state of learning organization in the schools as perceived by teachers; and (3) to study the relationship between the servant leadership of school administrators and the state of learning organization in the schools. The sample consisted of 315 teachers in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi province in the academic year 2014. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionanaire on servant leadership of school administrator and the state of learning organization in the school, with reliability coefficients of 0.98 and 0.97, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall servant leadership of school administrators in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 3 in Nonthaburi province, as perceived by teachers, was at the high level; (2) the overall state of leaming organization in the schools, as perceived by teachers, was at the high level; and (3) the servant leadership of school administrators positively correlated at the rather high level with the state of learning organization in the schools, which was significant at the .O1 level.
