Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ข้าราชการสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด จำกัด จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ข้าราชการสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด จำกัด จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ข้าราชการสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด จำกัด จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีจํานวน 192 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้จํานวน 125 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบช่วงชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบทีและเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ข้าราชการดำเนินงานกับสหกรณ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน สำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด จำกัด จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณาการมีส่วนร่วมเป็นรายด้าน คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล พบว่า อยู่ในระดับน้อย และ 2) การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ข้าราชการสํานักงานอัยการสูงสุด จำกัด จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า สมาชิกที่มีอายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ระยะเวลาในการเป็นสมาชิก และการรับรู้ข่าวสารของสหกรณ์แตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานกับสหกรณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนสมาชิกที่มีเพศแตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานกับสหกรณ์ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This study aimed to: 1) investigate the members’ participation in operations of the office of the Attorney General Savings Co-operative Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and 2) compare the members’ participation divided according to individual characteristic. The amount of 192 members of the office of the Attorney General Savings Cooperative Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were selected. Taro Yamane and stratified Random Sampling were employed so as to screen 125 people from the selected people to be the samples of this study. Questionnaire was governed in order to collect data which was analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. The study’s results revealed that: 1) overall participation of members of the office of the Attorney General Savings Co-operative Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima Province was at low level, and it was divided into four aspects which were operation and beneficiary that were at middle level decision and evaluation that were at low level; and 2) according to comparison of participation of the members of the office of the Attorney General Savings Co-operative Limited, Nakhon Ratchasima Province based on the members’ age, status, educational level, income, duration of membership participated in operations, and perceiving of the Savings Co-operative’s information, they were significantly statistically different at 0.05 whereas members with different gender participated similarly.
