ค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัว นักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา (2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวกับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาและ (4) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพที่มีภูมิลําเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดปทุมธานีปีการศึกษา 2546 จํานวน 371คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวและพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวในด้านลักษณะการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ประเภทอาหารที่ครอบครัวนิยมบริโภคโดยภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก และความเชื่อในการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (2) พฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาโดยภาพรวม มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก (3) ค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียน ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 (4) ค่านิยมการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวมีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดปทุมธานี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 18.9 ได้แก่ ประเภทของอาหารที่ครอบครัวนิยมบริโภคลักษณะการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวและความเชื่อในการบริโภคอาหารของครอบครัวที่สามารถทํานายพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารของนักเรียน

The objectives of this study were (1) to study the food consumption value of the families of vocational students; (2) to study the food consumption behavior of vocational students; (3) to study relationships between the food consumption value of the families and the food consumption behavior of vocational students; and (4) to study the influence of the food consumption value of the families on the food consumption behavior of vocational students. Samples were 371 vocational students of the diploma program, living in the Patumtani Province, in the academic year of 2003. Research instrument was a questionnaire about the food consumption value of the families of vocational students and the food consumption behavior of vocational students. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment correlation and multiple linear regression. Research findings indicated that (1) the food consumption value of the families as (a) the way families consuming their food overall was highly appropriated, (b) the type of food families enjoying to consume overall was highly appropriated, and (c) the belief in the food consumption overall was highly appropriated; (2) the food consumption behavior of vocational students overall was highly appropriated; (3) the food consumption value of the families was related to the food consumption behavior of vocational students significantly at the 0.01 level; (4) the food consumption value of the families could forecast the variation of the food consumption behavior of vocational students by 18.9% which were the types of food consumption of the families, the way families consuming their food and the belief in food, consumption of the families.
