Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจ (2) การปฏิบัติกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจในแต่ละด้านและ (3) เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมในแต่ละด้านขององค์กรจาแนกตามลักษณะขององค์กรธุรกิจ ประชากรคือ องค์กรธุรกิจที่ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 877 บริษัท โดยหลักการคำนวณโดยใช้สูตร ของ ทาโรยามาเน ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง จำนวน 274 บริษัท เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือสถิติเชิงพรรณา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจด้านการกากับดูแลองค์กร ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนด้านการปฏิบัติด้านแรงงานด้านการปฏิบัติ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นธรรม ด้านผู้บริโภค ด้านการพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การปฏิบัติกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมขององค์กรธุรกิจใน ด้านการพัฒนาชุมชน ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านสิทธิผู้บริโภค ด้านวัฒนธรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับด้านการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (3) เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมในแต่ละด้านขององค์กร จำแนกตามลักษณะองค์กรธุรกิจ ในด้านระยะเวลาการก่อตั้งสถานประกอบการที่แตกต่างกันกับกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมด้านพัฒนาชุมชน ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านการศึกษา ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านสิทธิผู้บริโภค ด้านวัฒนธรรม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ยกเว้นด้านพัฒนาชุมชน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ สำหรับขนาด
อุตสาหกรรมที่แตกต่างกันกับกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ด้านพัฒนาชุมชน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านการศึกษา ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านสิทธิผู้บริโภค ด้านวัฒนธรรมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ และประเภทอุตสาหกรรมที่แตกต่างกันกับกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมด้านพัฒนาชุมชน ด้านสุขอนามัยแตกต่างกัน
Purposes of survey research: (1) to study policy of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of business organization; (2) to study the activities of CSR of business organizations by aspect; and (3) to compare CSR activities in each organization aspect by organizational business type. Population was 877 business organizations located in Phatumthanee province using the Standard Deviation formula of Taro Yamane , the sample were 274 companies. Questionnaire use was a tool , Descriptive statistics used were average , percentage , standard deviation and inferential statistics were one- way ANOVA. Research result were found that: (1) these were high opinions in policy of CSR, corporate governance , human rights , labor practice , environmental practice, fairly operation, care consumers and social justice & community development; (2) these were high opinions in CSR activities , community development, health, environment, consumer rights, culture and moderate opinion in education; and (3) comparing CSR activities in each organizational aspect by organizational business type, different corporate establishment time and CSR activities in terms of community development and culture had “no significant difference”. except for community development .Morever,comparing the size difference of business with the CSR activities , community development had “ significant difference ”at the significant level of 0.05 Health, education, environment, human rights and culture had “no significant difference”. Comparing the business type’s difference with the CSR activities, community development and health had “significant difference”.
