Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ 2) การใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะประชากรของนักท่องเที่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเที่ยวในบริเวณแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเขาค้อ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ที่เคยเข้าถึงสื่อออนไลน์ที่มีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวผ่านช่องทางเว็บไซต์และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ จำนวน 400 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และทําการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยการทดสอบแบบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ใช้เวลาในการใช้สื่อออนไลน์แต่ละครั้งประมาณ 15-30 นาที ในช่วงเวลา 16.01-20.00 น. ส่วนความถี่ในการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในแต่ละวันไม่แน่นอน ประเภทสื่อออนไลน์ที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้เป็นประจําเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ทั้งก่อนการเดินทาง ระหว่างการเดินทาง และหลังการเดินทาง คือเฟซบุ๊ก 2) นักท่องเที่ยวมีการใช้ประโยชน์จากสื่อออนไลน์ก่อนการเดินทางเพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเดินทาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ระหว่างการเดินทางนักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อค้นหาข้อมูล กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวต่าง ๆ ที่น่าสนใจ หลังการเดินทางนักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อแบ่งปันข้อมูลข่าวสารในกลุ่มเฉพาะการท่องเที่ยว และนำเสนอข่าวสารในกลุ่มเพื่อนและคนรู้จัก โดยอุปสรรคและปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ของนักท่องเที่ยว คือปัญหาเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดข้อมูลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวไม่ชัดเจน ปัญหาข่าวเท็จ เพจซ้ำซ้อน และปัญหาข้อมูลไม่ทันสมัย 3) ลักษณะประชากรที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อออนไลน์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ และสถานภาพสมรส
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the online media use behavior of tourists in Petchabun Province; 2) the utilization of online media for tourism of tourists in Petchabun Province; and 3) the relationships between demographic factors of tourists and their behavior in online media utilization for tourism in Petchabun Province. This was a quantitative research. The sample population, chosen through multi-stage sampling, was 400 tourists to Khao Kho, Petchabun Province, who had accessed online media (websites and social media) with content about tourism. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using percentage, mean and chi square. The results showed that 1) The majority of samples reported using online media for about 15-30 minutes each time, most often between 16.01 and 20.00. The frequency of using online media for tourism varied each day. The type of online media most of the samples said they used regularly for tourism, in the before-trip, during the trip and after the trip stages, was Facebook. 2) Before a trip, samples responded that they used online media to study information about the trip and available facilities. During a trip most of them used online media to look up interesting tourism activities. After a trip, they mainly used online media to share news and information with travel-related groups and with their friends and acquaintances. The main problems they encountered were that sometimes the details about tourism attractions/places were not clear, some reports were false, and some information was not up-to-date. 3) Demographic factors that were related to behavior in online media utilization for tourism in Petchabun Province were sex, age group, educational level, occupation, income range, and marital status
