Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระบบสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการบริการแก่นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช และนำผลการประเมินไปประกอบในการสร้างต้นแบบโฮมเพจระบบสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการบริการแก่นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราชที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 5,358 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอยางแบบชั้นภูมิได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 372 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสอบถามโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะจงจำนวน 30 คนที่ตอบแบบสอบถามโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเพื่อจัดกลุ่มและหาค่าความถี่ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบสารสนเทศบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตโดยรวม ทั้งในด้านการใช้งาน ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอและด้านโฮมเพจอยู่ในระดับมาก แบ่งออกเป็นด้านการใช้งาน (X =4.34) ในประเด็นการใช้ประโยชน์สำหรับการศึกษาและดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ ด้านเนื้อหา (X =4.12) ในประเด็นความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูล ด้านรูปแบบการนำเสนอ (X =3.86) ในประเด็นมีการเชื่อมโยงไปยังเมนูหรือเว็บเพจอื่นๆ ภายในเว็บไซต์ มสธ. ส่วนด้านโฮมเพจ (X =3.83) ในประเด็นการเรียงลำดับเมนูหรือหัวข้อมีความเหมาะสมสำหรับความคิดเห็นที่ควรนำไปปรับปรุงโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์มีความยุ่งยากซับซ้อน (X =2.96) การแสดงผลข้อมูลของเว็บไซต์ค่อนข้างช้า (X =2.92) และความทันสมัยของข้อมูล (X =3.70) ส่วนสิ่งที่

This study aimed to evaluate the Internet-based information system providing services to graduate students at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU). The result would be used to develop the prototype home page of an Internet-based information system providing services to graduate students. The research makes use of a survey. The population was 5,358 graduate students at STOU enrolled in the first semester of 2013. Stratified random sampling of 372 graduate students was done. The research tools were a questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used for data analysis were descriptive. Interview data of 30 graduate students were analyzed using content analysis by grouping and frequency. The results revealed that most graduate students ranked the use, content, presentation and homepage of the system at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the system was useful for academic study and form loading (X =4.34), the content was reliable (X =4.12), web links were provided (X =3.86) and menus and topics were arranged on the home page (X =3.83). In the opinion of the graduate students, three problems should be improved, including difficulty to access the website (X =2.96), slow website display (X =2.92), and out of date information (X =3.70). Moreover, the students recommended that some components should be added, including hot news, search tools and contact phone numbers. They also suggested that the website should be regularly updated with up-to-date and correct information. STOU should continuously evaluate the Internet-based information System for provision of services to graduate students in order to make the system more useful and efficient. For the prototype of the home page, the background, color tone and frame were used to highlight topics. In addition, search tools and banners for hot news as well as real-time communication for system administration and web maintenance were added.
