ทัศนคติของพนักงานที่มีต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) สำนักงานใหญ่

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับทัศนคติของพนักงานที่มีต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) สํานักงานใหญ่ (2) เปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของพนักงานที่มีต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทยจํากัด (มหาชน) สํานักงานใหญ่ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใชในการศึกษาคือพนักงานธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) สํานักงานใหญ่ จํานวน 5,030 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง จํานวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีการทดสอบ ค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) สํานักงานใหญ่มีทัศนคติต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทยจํากัด (มหาชน) ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการยึดมั่นในความถูกต้อง รองลงมาคือ ด้านความมุ่งมั่นสร้างความสําเร็จ ด้านการยึดลูกค้าเป็นศูนย์กลางด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง ด้านการสื่อสารอย่างเปิดกว้าง อยู่ในระดับมากตามลำดับ และ (2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทัศคติของพนักงานธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) สํานักงานใหญ่ มีทัศนคติต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า พนักงานที่มีเพศแตกต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานที่มีอายุระดับการศึกษา อายุงาน ตําแหน่งงาน หน่วยงานที่สังกัด แตกต่างกันมีทัศนคติต่อวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของธนาคารทหารไทย จํากัด (มหาชน) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this study were: (1) to study attitude level of employees regarding corporate culture of the TMB Bank Public Company Limited Head Office; and (2) compare attitude of employees regarding corporate culture of the TMB Bank Public Company Limited Head Office by personal factors. The samples comprised 400 from 5,030 employees of the TMB Bank Public Company Limited Head Office. Statistical tool employed was a questionnaire. The statistic used for analysis of data were percentage , mean , standard deviation , t Test , F- Test with the least significant difference. The study results showed that: (1) the overall attitude of the employees regarding corporate culture of the TMB Bank Public Company Limited Head Office was at the high level. For studying each reasons , the highest level was believing in exactness, followed by career goal, the customer centric , the risk management , and the open communication; and (2) the result of the comparison of the attitude of employees regarding corporate culture of the TMB Bank Public Company Limited Head Office by personal factor showed that the different gender had no different attitude , and the employees with different age, work time, position, division had different attitude regarding corporate culture of the TMB Bank Public Company Limited Head Office at the 0.05 significantly statistic level.
