งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาคลังข้อมูลการจําหน่าย
บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินเพื่อวิเคราะห์รายได้ของบริษัทการบินกรุงเทพ จํากัด (มหาชน) ข้อมูลนําเข้า ของระบบครอบคลุมข้อมูล 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการวิเคราะห์รายได้ และด้านการเปรียบเทียบผลการดําเนินงานตามตัวบ่งชี้ วิธีการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศใช้วิธีวงจรพัฒนาระบบ โดยเริ่มต้นจากการสํารวจเบื้องต้น การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของระบบริเวียร่าซึ่งเป็นระบบจัดการรายได้การเก็บรวบรวมความต้องการของผู้ใช้ทั้งหมดเพื่อนํามาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบคลังข้อมูลใหม่องค์ประกอบของคลังข้อมูลที่ออกแบบประกอบด้วย สถาปัตยกรรมการไหลของข้อมูล
สถาปัตยกรรมระบบคลังข้อมูล สถาปัตยกรรมบิซิเนสอินเทลลิเจนซ์ ตารางข้อเท็จจริง ตารางข้อมูลเชิงมิติ ส่วนต่อประสานผู้ใช้ และระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัย หลังจากการออกแบบระบบขั้นตอนต่อไปคือการพัฒนาระบบ การทดสอบระบบและการติดตั้งระบบสําหรับผู้ใช้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ได้แก่ SQL Server 2008, SAP Business Objects XI และ SAP Xcelsius ผลการวิจัยพบว่าได้ระบบคลังข้อมูลการจําหน่ายบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบินเพื่อวิเคราะห์รายได้ของบริษัทการบินกรุงเทพ จํากัด (มหาชน) ประกอบด้วยคลังข้อมูลย่อย 7 ส่วนได้แก่ 1) คลังข้อมูลการจําหน่ายบัตรโดยสาร 2) คลังข้อมูลการเดินทางของผู้โดยสาร 3) คลังข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนบัตรโดยสาร 4) คลังข้อมูลการคืนบัตรโดยสาร 5) คลังข้อมูลการเรียกเก็บเงินกับสายการบินอื่น 6) คลังข้อมูลการจ่ายเงินให้สายการบินอื่น และ 7) คลังข้อมูลรายได้รับล่วงหน้า โดยระบบมีฟังก์ชันอํานวยความสะดวกในการจัดเก็บ ค้นคืน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทําให้ได้รับประโยชน์ด้านการติดตามผลการดําเนินงาน การบันทึกข้อมูลบัญชี การจัดทําบัญชีรายได้รับล่วงหน้า และการวิเคราะห์รายได้ การประเมินผลการทํางานของระบบโดยกลุ่มผู้ใช้ 6 กลุ่ม พบว่า ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจระบบทุกด้านในระดับดี
The purpose of this research was to develop an airline ticket sales data warehouse for revenue analysis of Bangkok Airways Public Co., Ltd. The input data in this system consisted of three important types: operational data, analytical data and comparison of performance data. The System Development Life Cycle methodology was used to develop the system. The initial step was a preliminary study, then a feasibility study and finally an analysis of the problems of Revera System, a revenue management system, was made. The collection of user requirements was explored for the new system analysis and design. The system design consisted of data flow architecture, system architecture, data warehouse architecture, business intelligence architecture, fact tables, dimension tables, user interfaces and system security. After the system design step, development, testing and implementation steps were conducted. The research tools used were SQL Server 2008, SAP Business Objects XI and SAP Xcelsius. As a result of this research, the Airline Ticket Sales Data Warehouse for Revenue Analysis of Bangkok Airways Public Co., Ltd. was created. This revenue data warehouse consists of 7 subunits; (1) Sales Mart; (2) Flown Mart; (3) Refund Mart; (4) Reissue Mart; (5) Inward Billing Mart; (6) Outward Billing Mart and (7) Unearned Mart. The system provides facility functions to store, retrieve and analyse data. The Airline Ticket Sales Data Warehouse for Revenue Analysis of Bangkok Airways Public Co., Ltd is useful for operational monitoring, financial account data storing, unearned revenue accountancy in advance and revenue analysis. The results of the evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in all aspects.
