การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างชุดกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมการคิดหัวข้อและ
การเขียนข้อเสนอโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) ศึกษาความสามารถ
ในการคิดหัวข้อโครงงานและการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนเทียบกับเกณฑ์
ร้อยละ 70 และ (3) เปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการคิดหัวข้อโครงงานและการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงงาน
วิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการฝึกโดยใช้ชุดกิจกรรมกับนักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนแบบปกติ
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ภาคเรียนที่ 1
ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน รวม 56 คน โรงเรียนวัดสามัคคีนุกูล อำเภอฉวาง จังหวัด
นครศรีธรรมราช ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดกิจกรรม
การส่งเสริมการคิดหัวข้อและการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ (2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดย
ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ (3) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบปกติ และ (4) แบบประเมินการ
เขียนข้อเสนอโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย

The purposes of this study were (1) to develop an activity package to promote thinking of titles and writing of science project proposals based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) to study the students' scores on ability to think of project titles and to write science project proposals, as compared to the criterion of 70 percent of full score; and (3) to compare the ability to think of project titles and writing science project proposals of students who were trained with the activity package with counterpart ability of the students who learned under conventional teaching. The research sample comprised 56 Prathom Suksa V students in two intact classrooms of Wat Samakkeenukun School, Chawang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province during the second semester of the 2017 academic year, obtained by cluster random sampling method. The research instruments were (1) an activity package to promote thinking of titles and writing of science project proposals; (2) learning management plans for instruction with the use of the activity package; (3) learning management plans for conventional teaching; and (4) a writing of science project proposals assessment form. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed activity package to promote thinking of titles and writing of science project proposals was efficient at 81.73 / 82.62; (2) the post-training scores on thinking of titles and writing of science project proposals of the students who were trained with the activity package were significantly higher than the criterion of 70 percent of full score at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the ability to think of titles and write science project proposals of the students who were trained with the activity package was significantly higher than the counterpart ability of the students who learned under conventional teaching at the .05 level of statistical significance
