การบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 2 จำนวน 285 คน ได้มาโดยการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การจัดการความรู้ การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี การปรับเปลี่ยนองค์การ การเอื้ออำนาจให้แก่สมาชิกในองค์การ และพลวัตรการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า การบริหารองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขนาดแตกต่างกันไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of management of learning organization of schools; and 2) to compare the level of management of learning organization of schools under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by school size.The research sample consisted of 285 teachers in schools under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a rating scale questionnaire on management of learning organization, with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.The research findings revealed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of management of learning organization of the schools were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of management of learning organization could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: the knowledge management; the application of technology; the transformation of organization; the empowering of the organization members; and the learning dynamics, respectively; and 2) schools of different sizes did not significantly differ in their levels of management of learning organization.
